Hey there I'm kind of new to getting mods off of here and I was wondering how to get Hestia's outfit working. I'm inputting the code but it only adds the necktie and the gloves, it's not adding the white top for some reason.

Welcome! There is a mod that you also need, its called "OpenBackCleavageTightDress" and was made by Huit and you can find it here ;)

I dont think its included in the code I made so you have to manually open that mod in the program, and if you want to save the char with that oufit its easiest if all the files are in the same file ;) Hope you'll get it to work!

Thank you means a lot! Oh, that is cuz the skirt is a mod, I think its the one called "Bottoms - Pleated Stripped Skirt", hopefully you can find it with a quick search on the forums ;)
