There is no real order with the stuff on the list, but I dont rly have any real interest in the vocaloid chars so sorry. Closest to it is the Mekakucity actors/Kagerou Days chars I guess

Well there's actually a tales of the abyss anime, i've never seen it, only played the game but it's there if you're looking for references, not saying you should do it , just informing the guy.
