Flash isn't that difficult to use.
People just have the wrong mindset when entering in to it, is doesn't function in ways they'd expect.
I like it, but I know many people who don't.

The few I've spoken to, their stand on the situation is based on drawing. But I wouldn't know, I don't draw in Flash.

so far flash is the easiest vector program to draw on for me with the pen tool anyway. i still havent gotten the hang of using my drawing tablet. i only used it for the halibel imports. but if anyone is making hair imports and you can get your hands on flash i say use that its really not difficult to use if you take your time

All hair sets can be seen in the character creation menu. Also, Karliah is never seen without a hood.

Pretty sure yes. They'd have to be some pretty major characters if they had a unique haircut. Not even the emperor had a unique one.
