No confirmation email (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have not received a confirmation email. Is there a way for someone to help me? I have checked the spam/trash folders and nothing.

I checked out some of the other threads and saw that there is an issue with the email service. I'm assuming that the email service is still down? Is there a way I can just have it activated here?
