lmao. I have write wrong, but I find one way to resolve the problem.
fbx I use to saw if have any something wrong at my creation in other game engine, if don't have I putting in Black Desert

It's a vertex normal issue, or it is inverted (pointed inside the model) or two vertecies are too close to each other / nested vertecies
Are you using default blender collada exporter or the "Better" one?

I'm new to Blender so I don't know much about it, but it should probably be the default.
From looking at the model, it seems likely that it is due to the vertices being too close to each other, so I will edit the model and try to implement it.

It didn't seem to be a vertex problem, so I'll try something else...

Perhaps it is my inexperienced technique, but when I made a sort of fold around the edge of the model, it seemed to create a sort of shadow on the model, which I suspect is the cause.
I can't think of a good way to describe it, so sorry if it doesn't come across.

I gave up on folding the model once and it somehow took shape, so I'll study modeling some more.
