anyone with any knowledge on how partcutdesc works?
Character costumes in the Black Desert are not made to fit the basic character's body shape. They are made primarily for design. Therefore, the character's body is clipped from the costume. In order to avoid this awkwardness, partcutdesc.xml is used.
Its role is to cut the body of the part to be clipped from the costume.
For example, if a character's costume is modified to be skimpy, the cut body will be exposed. To avoid this, partcutdesc.xml must be rewritten.

There is one more item that cuts the body.
It is in the texture file.
It is a file with _ao in the texture name.
These cut the body that clips from the underwear when you put it on. So the body will be cut in the shape of the underwear.
There is another file in the _ao file that has another role.
It is the file that creates the shadow of the costume on the body.
The difference between these textures is obvious
The base color of the texture that cuts the body is yellow.
The base color of the texture that creates the shadow on the body is white.
This is a rough explanation.

It appears that partcutdesc.xml needs to be edited for this outfit.
Using Drakania as an example, there are four PAC files

pqw_00_ub_0007_03.pac
pqw_00_ub_0007_03_dm.pac
pqw_00_ub_0007_04.pac
pqw_00_ub_0007_04_dm.pac

And the boots are in the following files

pqw_00_foot_0007_03.pac
pqw_00_foot_0007_03_dm.pac
pqw_00_foot_0007_04.pac
pqw_00_foot_0007_04_dm.pac

The hand may be clipped as well.
If so, here are the files

pqw_00_hand_0007_03.pac
pqw_00_hand_0007_04.pac

It seems to be cut only in the lower body.
However, omit the underwear cut in the relation command!

Hi Suzu, first of all great to see you still active, despite the many downfalls of Regions becoming unsupported. I'm glad to see a valuable community member as yourself still around. ^^

I know how Partcutdesc and _ao textures work.
Partcutdesc only tells the body mesh to be cut while a certain outfit (.pac) is worn. And the _ao texture tells the body mesh where it should be cut based on which .pac files are worn based on the characteraotexturelist.txt file.

So for the _ao textures, we have both conditions: "What/When to cut" and "Where to cut"
However, for the Partcutdesc we only have one condition: "When to cut"
So I'm curious if you (Or anyone else) have figured out the relation of Partcutdesc and how that list knows exactly which vertices or vertex groups should be cut for each file listed in that XML?

suzu ( 鈴 suzu ( 鈴 Hi Suzu, I was able to get the penis clipping on warrior armor set fixed by adding the helmet of all things to the body_cut list you created previously. Random I know but it works.

As for the Berserker skin and the Ranger skin, the berserker penis still clips through winter mountain guardian set as pictured previously with all parts of the outfit added to the body_cut list. Same with ranger, adding all of the parts doesn't fix the body clipping through pants area.

Any additional thoughts/ideas?
Certain costumes for male characters do not cut underwear.
If you export those costumes to aprtcutdesc.xml and add underwear cut to the relation item, the penis will not appear.
Wn7nrlw.jpg

Stockings like Ranger's Gotha Rensa are transparent.
There is no partcut effect attached to these.
So why does the body clip?
The answer is simple.
My nude bodies are skin weighted.
If I add the original skin weight, the body with the added pussy will deform and distort the pussy when the character spreads her legs.
I have modified the skin cluster around the crotch area to eliminate that distortion.
This means that the body clips because the skin cluster is different from the crotch area of the costume.
The problem does not occur in my skimpy costume because I have removed the costume from the crotch area, but it is not suitable for people like you who want to display a nude body only when the character's costume is removed.
The best recommendation is to use the default body and a DDS file with a picture of Pussy in the nude.
I do not intend to modify the polygon mesh of every character's costume.
Because it is easier to have the characters undressed.

P.S.: See if you can also use parthidedesc.xml if necessary.

New pubic hair
However, there is an ongoing bug that prevents ZIP files from being uploaded to this site, so I'm not sure if I will upload them or not.
Production is in the middle of the process.

I fried the open pussy picture in the other thread, but I hated it because it couldn't be open in real life, so...
Closed labia
Might be rejected because it's too realistic.

I can write from my pc, but I can no longer write from my iPad or other devices.
What has happened to undertow since the change of management? I wonder...
Well, it's easier now because I only have to check it when I'm at home. lol
