I don't think anyone has figured out a way how to edit Partcut data within a .pac file yet, have they?
As in, we can enable/disable cutting by removing lines in PartCutDesc, but we cannot alter what vertex groups/vertices of the body get cut?
Yes you can do this with AO files but the problem is that AO files can only be linked to either: Upperbody or Underwear for the body mesh, or Helmet and Hair for the face/head mesh.
So in my case, I replaced tiny shoes of an outfit with longer boots. And thus I would like to cut a portion of the legs while the boots are equipped.
