I think there use to be two archive originally but I combined them into one after reloading. If you already copy pasted all the files in the folder, you should be fine.

There is a tool here that suppose to let you import old re4 mods to the new hd game. I never bothered because I felt there would be too much of a difference in graphics for the HD RE 4 game.

Welcome to Undertow. You didn't tell us the web site where you are trying to get the gca_e file, so I can only offer general advice.
Use the following advice at your own risk. I make no guarantees that the file you are trying to download is virus free.

These mods do not work for RE4 HD. Also, GCA_e.exe is like winzip or Winrar. It is NOT a virus. Please read the 1st post in full, for complete instructions for how to use and install these RE4 mods.
