Sorry for late, many times i asked to him, but usually he tend to create stuff for his plan and by what i understood, he don't want add any type of clothes on his babe , apart sandals.

Yes is stand alone Mod, this is a expansion but works individually as all expansions of this mod, but if you are new to resident evil hd remaster, to be able to use this nude mod, you need to complete game campaign 2 times, even to very easy mode as i did on 2015 haha !!!
Once you did this, you just need to start a new play and select Jill re3 costume , her second extra costume, if you want my opinion it worth , i use this ting since 2015 and still today i play with this !!!!!
