Perhaps, but make sure you're trying on any costume slot other than the first one. The first costume slot is uniform-only.
An update is due here soon, however.

Turning off the mod enables swmwear the slot. What I want to know is how the hell did some people manage to wear swimsuits outside risa

I went through the exact same thing. Swimwear didn't show up until I uninstalled the mod.
As for the invisible torso, once I modified the outfit, Risan explorer for example, I was able to see my torso now. That may be in response to some of the mods made to bodies in general prior to this event.

Ok, to bug kdf you need to wear the swimwear in risa, beam out, transwarp to qonos, then land on first city. Alternatively you can transwarp to the felkhri mission destiny, go to qonos and land to first city. Sometimes you will land wearing swimwear. When this happens, the costume will become an invalid costume and the restrictions are removed, however if you edit it in the tailor the restrictions return. Now someone please help me figure out how to do it for fed, I tried so many things and it didnt work, but I know it is doable because some dental members did it

That is a side effect of using the "Skirt Legs Fix" mod and not removing skirts. In that case, you should either discontinue use of the Skirt Legs Fix or remove the skirt in question.

I'm going to need some more information. What files exactly did you download? What options did you choose to install? What behavior are you expecting to see in-game that you are not seeing?
very minor question, not even a bug report just something that's bugged me for a while and I've never mentioned until now...
why is the installer version called:
STO Extended Nude Mods
and the manual version leaves out the the STO and Nude and just becomes:
Extended Mods
I realize it's been this way for a while now and therefore you must have some sort of reason for it just curious as to what?
I always add the STO bit onto the manual version (manually :)) just so they appear in a similar place in the folders

You know, that is a very good question. The folders on my hard drive are all under "STO Mods\Extended Mods {version}" and "STO Mods\Extended Mods {version} Manual Install", but since the installer version compiles it's own .exe it ends up being named differently. It seems I've just been lazy and never bothered changing the names to make them match. I will do so starting the next update.

I love your work. However, I have a request. Since They have not come out with a speices change option. I was wondering if you could swap out the Bortasqu outfit with an Orion metal bikini. ie. top = Wide strap orion top. Klingon layered shoulder pads = Orion triple pointed shoulder armor. Bottom = Orion metal garter. Gauntlets= Orion metal bracers. Boots = Orion sandals with anklet. I would greatly appreciate this. Thanks in advance.

I'm afriad the Bortasqu outfit cannot be swapped in such a manner. In order to be swapped to an Orion bikini, all parts of the outfit must already show at least some skin beneath them. For instance, the "Armor - Cutout" top and the "Warrior Skirt" bottom can be swapped to a bikini, because they both already render skin beneath them.
