I'm planning on creating a tutorial on how to pirate Adobe Animate, which is used to create mods for the game Super Deepthroat. The piracy process involves the external software GenP. Is this allowed?

There is no prohibition on creating tutorials. The only caveats are that
(1) you may not ask for money while the tutorial is being developed
and
(2) pirated software may not be hosted here (linking to an off-site file host is permitted)

I hope I answered your question. Link to site rules is in my siggie.
Very respectfully,
