According to this site popori_f_r19 » Robe » Elin » this is the 19 armor and in v1.5 it says that it is uncensored from 01-22

I'm using the elin v1.5 on TERA EU

I can't see to get any of these mods working. I was using the HappyCloud client and I read that messed up with mods. So I've downloaded the full client but still cannot get any of these to load.

I've placed the *.gpk files in: C:\Program Files (x86)\TERA\Client\S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\CH\PC

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if I can help, but if you have a back-up folder, where is it located? I've noticed that I have to put my back-up folders Away from the Tera Folder in order for the mods to work. I recommend giving that a shot.

Weel the instructions do say to copy the Cliend Folder and paste it in the Tera Directory, so copy the folder (not the files), to C:\Program Files (x86)\TERA. Also dont have your back up in the same directory or anywhere near it (like me, i keep them in D)

Surprisingly that worked, moving the backup directory outside of the install path.

Hi, thanks for the links ;)

I have some troubles too with the Japanese voices and all the character patchs, looks like they work only half. Some of the Elin class aren't uncensored, and human character disappears at creation... I don't have any backup folder in the main Tera folder, can anyone help me please?

Tried that too, doesn't change a thing.

The directions to installing the mods are very vague and i was confused at first. Ive created a video to help show how the process is done in detail instead of a two step process that they have said.

How to mod your tera game - YouTube

Replacing files is NOT required when using .gpk packages

Any folder your planning to replace files in just create a NEW folder next to it, with the same name adding an underscore "_FolderName"
Your video example:
\Sound_Data\Packages\NPCSpeechVoice *create a new folder* \Sound_Data\Packages\_NPCSpeechVoice
Place the modded sound files in _NPCSpeechVoice, leave the default files alone.

If something goes wrong just move the _Folders to a different location, and the game will load the default files.

This works for everything I've modded, player mods (_PC), npc mods(_NPC), and sound replacers(_NPCSpeechVoice)

Thanks for that. Now I can delete the 7 gb of useless files that's just sitting in my HD taking up space.

Finally some clear answers, thank you for that. Ive been looking online for the way to do it since i am clearly an new modder. I will create a new video with that method as soon as possible.

You can still replace the files like i did in the video, its working for me in tera and i havent come across any issues, but as soon as i get the time, i will replace that video with the method above.

I downloaded one of the bikini mods and created a _PC folder with the modded files in it as per Spanner's suggestion right next to the default PC folder. The mod works great, but the problem is that ALL armor on ALL characters of that race is now showing up as the bikini instead of just the 'naked' appearance being changed.

Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

I confirm what its been said above and (finally) mods now works.

There is no need to replace the existing files like its been written, actually, that method doesn't make it work at all.

All its needed to do its to create a folder with an underscore as prefix "_PC" in the same folder of the "PC" one

\...\Tera\Client\S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages\CH\

Works like a charm now.

The method i did does work for me, ive been using it for a week no problems, im use to doing it like this but ive also done the second method that everybody prefers and it works too, so its what ever works for you i guess. I like to back up stuff since i have the storage, so ill stick to my method for now until i find an error that tells me to switch to method two.

Do you mind teaching how to mod? I can apply your mod fine. I try drawing on the .dds file that i got from leather 00. I apply my .dds with uMod but it only show your version and not mine.
