After a long time I thought I would revive this to see if anyone had any more suggestions. There is some confusion about what it means, but Dan Druff's post seems to understand it. It is games where you get damaged or die if a female enemy walks into you or you touch them.

There is something strangely exciting about a female enemy who can defeat the hero by walking into him or simply making contact with him. Is she so hot that she causes him pain, or is the hero an extreme germophobe that the slightest touch by anyone or anything causes him bodily harm?
