How do I get the Rogue hair?

It's in the Archive.
The Rogue hairstyle specifically can be found within the Marvel Comics subfolder of the Archive, but it would be a good idea to download the whole thing. You can then quickly Search your local disk for keywords (such as "Batgirl") whenever you find a screenshot which isn't accompanied by all of the necessary mod files.
