Isn't that Mai SHiranui? Honestly I really love her look, makes the perfect Kunoichi zako look if you remove the huge ball looking things on her loincloth parts. I found a great pick of an outfit like her's but more zako looking.

This game reminds me of your typical zako artworks. You are a solder trapped in a lab full of bio dolls zakos you must defeat them and their leader to escape. After defeating them, it got a Fallout/Skyrim style grab ragdoll function you can toss them around or some Aika style defeat poses.

after having gotten it myself i can say its honestly perfect zako content for me
I mean rough around the edges and missing some details (the zako don't make noise save for temptation and i'd like if the ragdolls flew rather than they flop like a puppet with cut strings) but its honestly really good for zako
even made a bodypile myself

Footage of the retro Shinobi remake/reboot that was announced late last year has apparently leaked. It looks heavily based on Shinobi III, albeit with Streets of Rage 4 style grahpics. The limited footage includes a forest-themed level that looks very inspired by the first level of Shinobi III, with very similar enemies, including a Kunoichi (1m36s).

Its a leak so not the best footage, but I'm excited, as the Shinobi zakos have always been some of my favourites:

Its a leak so not the best footage, but I'm excited, as the Shinobi zakos have always been some of my favourites:

Streets of Rage 4 was phenomenal, possibly the best Beat-em-up ever made. And while the art style wasn't my first choice, it ended up looking great in motion. Shinobi hopefully carries on that quality. Hope the other Kunoichi designs include the cute red outfit too.

Speaking of Sega, looks like a lot of remakes from their classic franchises are in the works. Golden Axe is getting a 3d style remake, the OG zako, Zuburoka might just make an appearance.

It was supposedly made by Lizardcube, the same devs as SOR4. And I'm still waiting for more SOR Revolution news. It's almost a year since the trailers were revealed.

The author of this released his next game Ruined Nurse, its a bit buggy but the Zako nurses can grab you in it. Its more of a puzzle and exploration game with a gun than a straight shooter though. It's on Steam for under 10 bucks.

Another good one that I've been playing is Sifu with Mods.

I think it may have already been mentioned but the Zako potential with is high. There is a full recording and SS functionality and there a tons of mods out on Nexus with different characters. One mod also lets you spawn up to 100 enemies to fight so you can get huge fights.

You just get a character mod then turn on the doppleganger cheat thats available in game and suddenly you can be fighting 100 Zhu Yuan from Zenless Zone Zero or 2b's for Neir.

Sifu is basically the ultimate zako simulator to me, sadly there weren't much zako mods in Sifu :(

I guess it mean what are you looking for specifically? Body piling? Then yeah its a bit tough to do piles. I think it hits pretty much everything else though.

Oh, just some mods that makes the zakos look better like the ones made by ScrumpChewie. One of them turned the female bodyguards into buff women.

Not sure on the voices, but as far as models go you can use virtually any model that mods your main character to use as a Zako in the game.

I'm excited for the new Shinobi game. Lizardcube knocked it out of the park for SoR 4 and it looks like they'll do the same here. Shinobi zako have been some of my favorites as well, especially the kunoichi from Revenge of Shinobi and Shinobi III. Hopefully there will be a bigger variety of female enemies in this Shinobi game.
