I like your work, but it leaves a lot of gaps in Shai's clothes. Does the pathcut you added solve these problems or will I have to do it manually one by one? I haven't tested it yet because it has other characters and the problem is only with Shai.

You have to adjust it manually.

I'm making adjustments little by little according to what I'm working on.

But before that please backup your partcutdesc.xml.
Since I am focusing on Shai, my partcutdesc are only suitable for use on Shai.

I'm not sure if this will work for you.

The contents of this "files_to_patch.7z"
All taken from Suzu mod.
This is used to remove parts of the underwear model and textures.

If you still can't get the mod to work, there's nothing I can do.
