You need to add Suzus 3_nudebody.zip from his thread here Black Desert Naked Mod In Suzu
This one fixes Lahn, Valk, Guardian. Doesn't fix Shai, she will have no body model, but I think Suzu has posted it somewhere I didn't look, cuz I don't use mods on her. Check the forums or all of Suzus files above this comment.

Then you need to add NOVA_nudebody_fix2.zip from this page itt Black Desert Online Resorepless Nude Mod
This fixes nova body. I don't know if it fixes nova winter outfit or if anything was wrong with it in the first place.

The way to add is as follows:

1. Run resorepless, choose your settings and install.
2. THEN drag and drop files from those zips inside files_to_patch folder.
3. The file order needs to be like this - paz\files_to_patch\.resorepless\ PLACE model, texture, texture_thumbnail folders HERE.
4. Let all the new files override the old files.
5. Only then run metainjector and inject the files into the game.
6. Delete all .exe files and all additional folders from your paz folder and your recycle bin (paz browser can cause crashes for example).

There are 3 important things you have to keep in mind:

• The file structure (if you order it wrong, it won't work).
• The order of your actions (resorepless --> add files to files_to_patch --> metainjector - if you add files to files_to_patch before running resorepless, then resorepless will just delete everything in that folder and it doesn't work.
• Select "keep the file structure" in metainjector DO NOT select "let the program decide where files go." In theory letting the program decide where files go should also work, but people say it can cause problems, so I just order files manualy.

That's how I do it and it works fine for me. Hope this helped.

Hey!!! Man I followed your instructions and I also watched the one video on YouTube to mod, but my guardian still is not showing the nipples or vagina. Will there ever be an update for her to just be in the file like the other characters if you know? Man I guess I'm just terrible at this.

I'm using the latest version of partcut to fix this.
Fixed contents
Fixed a problem with male characters clipping.
Fixed clipping of arms and legs (some clipping if hands are cut together with upper body depending on character's equipment).
Fixed male character clipping on equipment that shares the same texture, but has a modified texture.

I'm guessing, but you could try patching the above folder with the Guardian nude pac you downloaded from my thread.

I finally figured it out. But now I have to figure out how to get the hair back on all of my other characters vaginas. Once I fix my guardian that happened...lol. I'll figure it out though, unless you know how to fix that.

Step 1: Copy all of the mod files over to the Paz folder.
Step 2: Run BDOtoolkit, then resorepless as admin, then the Meta injector auto runs.
Step 3: Delete all the folders and .exe files from the computer not just the folder.
Also before any of this save the old pad00000.meta

The problem is that the game forces me to scan the files even if I delete the folders, the .exe and also replace the pad00000.meta with the old one. and if I have the launcher open while installing the mod the game just closes down when I try to launch.
Tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

I play off of steam and everything works for me, But I have had the same problem in the past and learned that there is a set missing here. For me let's say I restore the meta file 00000 then go back into the uninstall folder and pick the second choice and enter y three times. Then after the patch, I run the setup like normal, and everything works. Like today we had the surprise patch and I could log in but it was like logging into the normal game, so I logged out and did as I posted and everything works as before
