Alright. Seems straightforward enough. However, in my case, I would be editing a pre-existing Sorceress with a skin tone that differs from the default design. Would I have to rip the texture for this particular sorceress before I edit it, (Can this even be done?) or can I just use what you are providing in the OP?

Thanks for your help. This mod is really awesome!

You mean you use other nude texture with meta injector? Then you have access to texture already and can modify directly.
You mean you use different color skin tone or selection from beauty album? Then it doesn't matter because it all use same texture as base and resorepless will cover the base texture with nude so you can edit and it will show on all skin colors in menu game.

Which file name I put into armor cut txt for pnw_00_contribute_0003_e ???
When I extract texture to edit it result in multiple file with funny names such as:
nbm_child_poor_0001_ub_0001.dds
That is file I edit but put into txt doesn't give me result I want?
File I want to edit is the apprentice gather life skill uniform
The file you mark to fix is precisely pnw_00_contribute_0003_e.pac
Yes, the texture have different names, but they are not involved on this whole "Fix holes on character" method.

Just a stupid question. What is the starter armor and what are regular armors?.
Starter armor is the one you start the game with, when you character was just created.
Regular armor is non-paid armors, the one you obtain in the game by doing quests or dropping it.
Is it in order to fix the butt texture error caused by editing mesh the only way is to create a new skin texture?
Then it takes much more time and effort.
If I change the areola size, will I have to create a new texture to fix the texture error again?
I think so, unless suzu or someone fixes the UV map, because I have no clue how to do.
But since you are changing areola size, you are going to have to edit and save the texture file anyway, so I don't see how simply copying and pasting the bottom part from the other texture can be much more time-consuming

You should edit the "phw_01_nude_0001.dds" file that comes with the .zip file, which is inside the "patcher_resources/". That file contains the original skin tone for Sorceress, which is different than the Witch, Ranger, Tamer and Dark Knight.
If you are using a texture with a different skin color than the one provided with this mod, you will see neck seam.
Long story short: Edit the file in the "patcher_resources/" folder and you should be fine.

Let me know if you need any further explanation.

Yup. I have run all of the mods as Admin.
I still get this response.

I hit any key and it goes to the next class and says the same thing.
I can't believe that I am the only person to encounter this problem.

It has to be folders permission.
Try this:
- Move your Black Desert Online entire folder to your desktop
- Try running resorepless.exe again

After that you can move it back to where it was before.
If that doesn't work, I don't know what else can you do.

EDIT 2: Somehow ended messing everything up and with corrupted files.... time for a restore T-T

Greetings people, is it possible to remove the Beginner Serendia Soldier outfit on the dark Knight? (pdw_50_ub_0002_e.pac if im correct) what i want to do is, keep the normal armours (grunil, taritas, etc, etc...) but "get nude" when applying the costume/outfit . I tried remove the mentioned file, but all i got was a upper body texture all messed up. Am i missing or doing something wrong? thanks

Did you figure it out?

Wanted to do one thing (make a costume "apply" the nude) and have the normal armours... well normal, ended up messing everything and having to do a repair files, started over achieved what i wanted but ended up removing a file that i had no intention to remove, and i liked the result.
Went back to editing textures removing parts, resulting in a lot of holes then clipping and trying to fix all that ended up with almost the reverse of what i set out to do and a missing hand.

use resorepless to get the texture of the custome that you want to edit(look up the names on PAC name relation post), make sure you got all pieces, then change alpha channel to black, import texture and use resorepless to fix hole(or manually).

PS: small question for Blackfire. if i want to import model, then i only have to download the zip with character folder in it, put it in files to patch and run MIR? is there any step im missing? beacause the model was looking weird like on previous page.

Tank you but that is more or less what i have been doing, sometimes when editing textures you end up with holes (the entire problem with models meshes we all know about) and using the Fix holes from resorepless ends up with clipping, some times more others times less (depending what its being edited and/or fixed) in the image below i used a bit of texture editing and hole fixing, the picture is the result.
The hand in the blue rectangle was missing completely because i was trying to remove the clipping on the hand in the red rectangle. remove/edit texture the clipping on the red disappears so does the hand in the blue, restore the hand in the blue and the clipping in the red returns as well.
Nu1wRsV.jpg
And this wast even what i was trying to do in the start, i was trying to remove the upper and lower body like i did with the Konoichi but because of holes or clipping ended up with either boots and nothing else (wanted to keep the harms armour) or full armour
TMesqTf.jpg
So it was either the one in the "Blue and Red" spoiler or this one

PS: How i miss the time when we could mismatch pieces of armour ^_^

Final Edit: after a lot of removing files with resorepless, editing textures, loging in and out to test over and over got something that is almost what i wanted but not quite ^_^ cant win them all after all. sorry for post that ended up being pointless and thanks, also sorry for any bad english

I try this file many times. I thought it this file first because I succeed with my attempt on cooking costume, xxx_00_contribute_0005_e.pac so I thought same method will work but I cannot restore body. Could it be bug?
I have also try with different class I change prefix but no matter.

Screen shot for Tamer and modify texture here. I try take away green and show arms more.

Having real problems with "Get all files that uses a specific texture". Here's what it says:

(1/7555)
Getting Textures Names from pbw_00_cloak_0046_p.pac...
Failed to open the file "jtcher_resources\extracted_files\pvw_00_hel_0039\pbw_00_cloak_0046_p.pac"
Make sure the file is located in the specified location.
The program will try to proceed without that file, but it can crash
Resorepless v3.0c
- Fixed "Get all files that uses a specific texture" and "Get textures from file" failing to extract files due to path with scrambled letters
- Fixed "Get all files that uses a specific texture" not working for the last file you type before pressing "ENTER"

Yeah, it will be always like that, if you don't want hole, then you might have to live with some texture clipping, you have to be lucky to be able to fix the holes and that not cause any texture clipping. When it does, there's nothing it can be done :/

I try this file many times. I thought it this file first because I succeed with my attempt on cooking costume, xxx_00_contribute_0005_e.pac so I thought same method will work but I cannot restore body. Could it be bug?

I tried to look into you problem to figure out a possible solution, but I hit a wall.
Try this last resort:
After doing everything you have to do with resorepless.exe, open the file: "Black Desert Online\character\partcutdesc.xml" and make sure all the lines that have "_00_contribute_0003_e.pac" are commented like this:
Code:
    <!-- <File>1_pc/13_pnw/event_costume/pnw_00_contribute_0003_e.pac</File> -->
Aditionally, delete this entire block:
Code:
<BasicCutType Name="Event">
    <Path>1_Pc/1_PHM/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/3_PEW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/2_PHW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/4_PGM/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/5_PBW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/6_PKM/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/7_PVW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/15_PDW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/8_PWM/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/12_PKW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/22_PKWW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/13_PNW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/13_PNM/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/8_PWW/Event_costume</Path>
    <Path>1_Pc/16_PCM/Event_costume</Path>
</BasicCutType>

If that doesn't work, delete everything in your file, and that HAS to work, but it will clip almost all armors in the game, so I don't recommend.

Note: If you use the resorepless "Fix holes on character" option again, all these changes will be lost.

Try one of the solutions above
