You can't with this mod.
With this mod, only players wearing the Kibelius armor will appear naked to you.

If you want to make everyone naked, you should give my other mod a try:

What do you mean?
Are you having trouble making the nipples and vagina showing up or you can't see them naked even wearing the Kibelius armor?
Have you tried the mod I mentioned above?

Do you mean that you only see boobs in my screenshots but in your game, it's all covered up, or there are just no nipples?
Or was that a question?

yes vagina and nipples don't show as you mention

i use the mod as you mentionned, with remove all clothes because i want to use it for all the women armor, not only mine

Are you sure you setup Resorep properly?
Did you follow these instructions?

Usage instructions
For mod users

1. Download and install Windows x64 version of Java Runtime Environment from Java SE Runtime Environment 8 - Downloads
2. Launch resorep.jar - double click it in Windows Explorer.
3. It will prompt for the DirectX 11 64-bit dll location. Set it. It is usually C:\Windows\System32\d3d11.dll.
4. Make sure that your Windows user has write rights for game folder!
   
5. Click the "+" button in the "Applications to hook" section.
6. Choose the game executable. Not the game launcher but game itself.
   
7. [Optional] Change "Load modded textures from" path if you wish.
8. You may close the resorep.jar application now.
9. Find and download modded textures (for BDO see the "Where to find modded textures for BDO" section).
   
10. Unpack and copy modded textures into folder specified by "Load modded textures from" path.
11. Launch the game.

Hmmm.. you might want to uninstall everything to vanilla BDO then re-install each mod one by one to make sure each is working properly. It's tedious but sometimes it needs to be done to find out what the problem is.

How are your permissions? Is your BDO permissions set properly?

i changed permissions but i've done the shit in administrator or command line and i see the naked mod but only some textures must be wrong

Okay, can you send us a screenshot of your:
- Opened Resorep screen
- Your modded folder
- Your Black Desert Online main folder
?

Wait, so you see nipples when you are browsing the Cash Shop menu, but not when you look at your own character in the world? That's weird.
Did you set your texture in any other setting other than "High" by any chance?
