Its true that its hard to determine the breast size from screenshots, but still better than relying on some arts thats not official, so I'm gonna check all the girls I can from anime's, 'cuz I cant do any drawings on hairs...

Though I have never even heard of streets of rage, I LOVE the Blaze Fielding import! Her beautiful hairstyle drawn with such talent blows my mind.

Oh and I wish there was a way to export hairs straight from Illustrator into SDT and update them live. That would make previewing projects so much less tedious.

Her breast is a bit big again, your code has a breast value of 89, while i think an exact 75 would be better, and 85-90(90-95 gotta test it with her hair) for Ura Moka (the silver hair version). Ruby has bigger breasts than Akashiya Moka, and Ruby's code has 78.

Eh, I'd say it's mostly an issue with static hairs being unable to bend along the body when that bends. Just like you will always have hair appearing at the bottom front of the girl. I've slightly pulled the hair back and reuploaded it.

Also added inner Moka, who suffers more from the long hair issue.

And changed the codes.

Yeah, I removed the collar, 'cuz the one they have isnt simillar at all with any of the collars in SDT, so its better this way. When the game has its custom palette for custom collars, then its possible to add one that looks like the same that the girls have in the anime.

Suddenly there is green everywhere! Appreciate it chief, Mineur, Croix. I'll try to be a valuable asset to this little guild.

On collars, I generally add one if the source collar remotely resembles one of the preset for a bit of variety. Of course everyone can customise all they like, so it's not all that important. I'll overhaul all these codes when the new version comes out and apply new items where it fits. This will also be a good time to do all those previews.
