Finally updated the OP with more sorted textures and any in this thread up to this post. Here's all my new ones in a separate upload, which contains mostly textures from Battlegrounds and the past two expansions, but also random wild textures and edits for all three of the new core set cards.

How do you guys manage to get Hearthstone running via Special K ? The game can't be ran from anything else than battle net for me.
Either manually running the .exe or running it through special K will make the game crash at "starting up".

You're not running HS from special K, you launch it from battle.net and inject SK into that instance
