Did anyone get the last one from a few months ago, where the zako wore an outfit similar to Bolero 1 and Death March 1? I didn't, as it didn't look like the fight scenes were good, but let me know.

Do these people have 0 originality? Every one of these has the same tired old plot, same warehouse setting, same fights even. I swear I saw that bodypile scene with the barrels with so many different zako outfits from the same team... And it seems this too has a mandatory hypnosis/recruitment scene. Seriously, these are as repetitive now as the Sentai shows they are parodying.

I could forgive all that if the fight scenes were better filmed. I've grown bored with the repetitive themes as well, and although I like the color scheme for this new one, I'm just not into the usual style outfit the zako wear in most of these films anymore. I liked it when Bolero, Bandobure, and Death March came out, but since I've become bored with them. Those two ninja styled ones from a few years back was a nice change of pace, but it didn't last. They've done some with zentai outfits but the fight scenes weren't great, and Bandobure 2 had body suits but they didn't return to that other than the 3rd installment which was one of my least favorites of theirs.

yah, I think they need skimpier outfits. show their belly, more cleavage, and a thong. also give the goon's outfits a little more detailing. maybe even have the girls fight nude sometimes. the outfits they normally wear are decently sexy, but I like seeing tits jiggle as they get beaten up, and to see that many sexy girls defeated and often piled up would be awesome.

That movie can be found in torrent, but in that version, the main zako-fight is cut.

More sad news about this movie (Satanic Crystals-1989).
I bought this German-DVD from Astro-Film:

...although stated as "uncut", it is unfortunately NOT uncut.

Like in the torrent version, the main fights and all Zako-deaths does not exist in this version...only some short hand-to-hand combats.
What a shame :-(

That's so ridiculous, is it due to censorship and political correctness??
Thanks to everyone who has done the dirty work of uncovering that movie and finding copies.
There must be a truly uncut version in good/decent picture quality out there. Don't give up hope. I'll be on the lookout myself.

Another issue I've had with GIGA/Zen is they offer these great quality preview pics, but then the videos are not high resolution, pixelated, and of course now they make you use their own media player which has zero function other than 'pause', which they switched over to, to fight pirating, which hasn't done anything to stop it in fact. I still see pirated copes of newer movies out there... So frustrating.

I bet they will end up pirated anyway despite that... someone will find a way. Netflix tried this too without much luck.
But as you say, it isn't even worth it. I wish they had zakos that did not go "EEEP-EEEEP" in high pitched voice like the roadrunner, and who did not die when someone lightly bumps into them. The fight choreography has not evolved at all in their movies and this is what, the 10th or so they are making? Also, there needs to be more sexy stuff like uniform-stripping or the "rangers" shots or swords disintegrating their clothing. Just showing their butts in stockings is not good enough frankly for me. They could also maybe start and come up with a plot that is not the same every movie. Maybe make the boss monsters more sexy too - do them as sexy parodies of famous Power Rangers or Kamen Rider villians. Also stop adding the torture scenes where these dumb monsters kill their own troops (and then are left with nothing when the heroes arrive).

The pirated copies have poor quality because they record while the video is playing, it is not a "normal" download of the product.
It is what it is.
