If you purchase from their official site, you can redownload all previously purchased film again and use their new video player to watch. However, their new video players sucks and it event prevent video capture. I am forced to use their horrible player, can't cut out scenes that I like to watch. I don't know how much extra income they generate by controlling pirate copies, but I know for sure they lost business from me.

They are from the english sci-fi Space: 1999, Season 2 episode 22, Devil's Planet.

I guess they are not technically villains, but the are antagonistic towards our heroes and up to the end of the episode, try to capture and hunt them.
The ladies are all guards of a prison colony on the planet Entra, guarding mostly political prisoners. There is nothing but the prison on the planet - they all come from a nearby planet, which they can reach with a teleport booth. Elizia, the cruel, sadistic and narcissistic warden of the prison, punishes unruly prisoners (or anyone who questions her authority) with a hunt, where all the guards try to capture the unarmed prisoner with their electro-whips. Those who can evade the ladies and not get vaporized by the prison defense systems earn a parole and are teleported back to the home planet...
Except, this is essentially a death sentence. Unknown to all but Elizia and her chief interrogator, there was a plague recently and everyone on their home planet is dead. Those who return die almost immediately from the plague. To keep herself in power and because it amuses her, Elizia distributes fake verbal news to the guards and prisoners, keeping them unaware of the truth, and weeds out anyone questioning the decisions by "rewarding" them with an early parole, or sending them to be hunted.

Our main characters first visit the now dead planet, and witness a transported prisoner dying. They fly to the prison planet next, but crash-land, and witness a hunt that results in the pilot being disintegrated by the defence pylon. Commander John Koenig (main character of the show) survives and after mind-probing him, Elizia orders the interrogator to erase his knowledge of the plague. When it is revealed his human mind is different and it would not work, she begs Elizia to reveal the truth to the guards and prisoners, but she instead tries to get the other prisoners to think Koenig is a mole and kill him. Then she takes a fancy to him, and tries to seduce him. When more humans show up from Alpha looking for Koenig, she arranges the disintegration of a prisoner in Koenig's clothing to fake his death.
Now convinced Koenig will stay with her, Elizia tries to make him her plaything and pet, but she knocks her off and escapes, but is soon recaptured. The warden orders him to be hunted, and Koenig runs back to his crashed ship, trying to send a transmission, but it cannot get through the planetary shield. He uses a fire extinguisher to deal with some guard ladies, then wrestles and knocks out a few, before realizing his message cannot get through. Changing tactics, he runs back to the prison and locks himself in the transporter booth. Elizia threatens to disintegrate him, but the Interrogator reminds her that if she destroys the booth, the prisoners will revolt knowing they can never get home. Koenig again tells everyone the plague destroyed their world, Elizia of course denies this. Koenig simply teleports to the planet, daring her to follow. Elizia is caught in her lie, as her hesitation reveals she knows the truth, turning the guards against her too. She still insists the planet is safe, and follows Koenig, trying to quickly kill him, but she quickly collapses and dies from the plague.

Love these costumes, red catsuits with gold "armored" (rubber, really) collars and helmets, they are really nicely form-fitting.
