Did this once b4 and it was quite popular and some wanted it again so here we go:

Import Raffle

• Only 1 per person.
• You need to provide me with refs (unless the character is from a show I've worked with before then you might not need to)
  
• Any character can join it as long as long as the char is:
• A. Female
• B. Humanoid, I wont accept furry or monster chars etc.
  
• C. An anime/manga char or from a game with anime style.

Post your pick with refs either in this thread or PM me directly!
After a week or two I'll run it all through randomize and make the winner assap!

Well, I'm not quite sure I get what you mean by "proper colours" but here's a few more bits of artwork. They're not side refs, however.
