I can't verify this as it is not currently sold at Cavaro or Cash Shop in Sorceress, but the solution is possible.
You can do it by editing the partcutdesc of the upper body of the outfit.
Add the following line to <CutType Name="PKW_UpperbodyHair">.

<File>1_Pc/1_PHW/Armor/9_Upperbody/PHW_00_UB_0030.pac</File>
<File>1_Pc/1_PHW/Armor/9_Upperbody/PHW_00_UB_0030_dm.pac</File>
Unfornately, it's not worked. Just to clarify: the file you posted in 08/14 was work fine, besides some clipping in her boots. I tested today.

partcutdesc is not immutable.
It is always being modified and changed.
So what was good before may become bad with each change.
Keep that in mind.
Look for the following line in the partcutdesc line.
If you find it, disable it.
This is a guess, so it may not be there.

<File>1_Pc/1_PHW/Armor/14_sho/PHW_00_sho_0030.pac</File>

edit : Add the following line to <CutType Name="PKW_UpperbodyHair">.
<File>1_Pc/1_PHW/Armor/14_sho/PHW_00_sho_0030.pac</File>
<File>1_Pc/1_PHW/Armor/14_sho/PHW_00_sho_0030_dm.pac</File>

Hello, Suzu
Thanks to the mode and effort you shared, we are enjoying Black Desert Online even more.
I want to ask you something.
When I first received your mode, I could see the basic underwear in all outfits.
But now, if you wear certain clothes like in the picture, the basic underwear is covered, so the pubic hair is not visible.
What should I do to expose my basic underwear even if I wear a costume that covers my underwear?

The partcutdesc.xml is a concern to me, as evidenced by the fact that Pearl Abyss modifies it repeatedly (which you may not understand).
PHW_Sho02 has been there for a while and is fine, but PHW_Sho03 has been added but has no relation commands.
These seem to work differently than before.
I am just following the Pearl Avis changes, so don't blame me too much.
Besides, please learn to fix it yourself for goodness sake.
It is easy for you to demand it of me, but what if I am gone like Blackfire?
I am a model modification hobbyist.
Other than that, you are on your own.
You should be able to find the model number of the costume by watching the figure in 3dconverter.
Please don't put all the hassle on me.
I am not a handyman.

Its specifications are game setting.
It is not possible to alter this as it would crash the game.
The clothes and underwear are altered and stripped, but they are actually worn in the game.
In that case the starter innerwear will be cut.
Cash store innerwear will show up.
The two undergarments are set to not display because they clip.
The pubic hair is from the starter innerwear file.
So it disappears.

Since the site specification has changed and the title "Master of this Domain" is now held by everyone, I don't need this title, so please delete it.
Please give me the title of "ordinary person" instead. lol

I don't think anyone will ask me questions if I become an ordinary person.

Yes, that worked :blob-dance:

but I had to fix a part of the line

<File>1_Pc/2_PHW/Armor/14_sho/PHW_00_sho_0030.pac</File>
<File>1_Pc/2_PHW/Armor/14_sho/PHW_00_sho_0030_dm.pac</File>

Just one question: this command, <CutType Name="Body_cut">, is it for hide a part of body?
I use some skimpy armor outfit (like grunil, dobart), and I want to fix the body missing. Reading the partcutdesc file, I saw some outfits in this command. Can I delete this lines?
Or can I write lines in <CutType Name="PKW_UpperbodyHair"> to fix the body missing?

Thank you very much and sorry for bothering you

EDIT: a screen of body missing that I want to fix

<CutType Name="Body_cut"> cuts the body. In other words, it is a normal game specification.
<CutType Name="PKW_UpperbodyHair"> and <CutType Name="PKW_LowerbodyHair"> change the body not to cut.
The relation is different for Upper and Lower.
If you want to change something that is already written in partcutdesc, it is a good idea to check the corresponding relation command before changing it to avoid problems.
The most important thing in partcutdesc.xml is actually the relation command s

I am trying to understand the lines to what to put and wear to fix different kind of holes in some outfit and to make my Idiot brain to fathom it :meow-googlycup:.
the only thing i know to fix holes is to put <!-- at start and --> at the end of each outfit line :blob-dance:

The gamecommondata I'm uploading doesn't have the problems you're having in the other thread.
It works fine.

Partcutdesc tips

What is <BasicCutType Name="folder name">?
This is an instruction statement that calls the folder for each part of each character.
<Path>------</Path> is the location of each folder.
</BasicCutType> is the end of the instruction.

<CutType Name=" Part of each character"> is the instruction to call the part to be cut.
<File>------</File> is the location of the file to be cut.
</CutType> is the end of the cut statement.

<Relation CutType="specified CutType Name"> is the selection of which part to cut as specified by the CutType Name.
<Cut>Part</Cut> specifies the part to be cut.
</Relation> is the end of the instruction.

<! -- I am Suzu --> is a nonimperative writing
This can be used to invalidate the imperative statement
