Only in the questionably canon manga. Every other source refers to Sheik as a woman (duh, it's Zelda in drag).

Ugh, don't even get me started. "Vaguely masculine?" The objectivity of that section of that page is terrible. Once again, Zelda fans (including myself, sadly) have proven themselves to be full of shit with no idea what the hell they're talking about.

isnt sheik just zelda disguised as a sheikah? so i dont see how that makes her male besides the manga for zleda is completely different from the game(the original source) its like saying all those marvel movies are more accurate than the comics soo yeah...

Sheik is female, I remember Nintendo saying so once, but then again I'm insane so it could just be the voices in my head. Anyway I favor a female sheik, like in this pic!

Not a man. She obviously has to look "vaguely masculine" if she is disguising herself as a male. That is the whole point of a disguise, to make you look like someone else.
