Well, she is not a zako and neither a fight or death.

The female does not die and it is actually a cure process for heroine with schizophrenia.

After randomly reading some issue, I still can't find anything like fight to the death. it's not that kind of comic, but I still need to find one closest scene to ask antonio_manuel for sure.
