Without dual machine guns for once!
She's the strongest woman besides Ada. She has thicker arms than Jean (not sure on guys).
Only appears once in a playthrough, but where she appears-
An area where fire shoots through.
Weapons there include guns, a rocket launcher, and an anti-ship missile.
She deserves snuggles.

It's pointless to complain about a game that came out over twenty years ago, but I'll do it anyway. I don't remember if her male counterpart had a grab move which is just a body slam, but SEGA should have given her a body slam move. Instead she has two machine guns which do not come off even after beating her.

I think you may be taking some creative liberties with Gisela because her outfit does not expose her navel. She basically wears a bodysuit with boots. Isabel's outfit also didn't expose her belly. As far as hottest outfit is concerned, that is debatable. Barbara wears a full bodysuit, Rico wears a crop top and shorts, Elvira wears workout clothes with a crop top and tights, and Maria wears a tank top with jacket and tights.
