These were some very short lived characters. Often they are dealt with in 1-2 pages. And since they don't dress in uniform and look so varied, I have a hard time telling who are the villains and who are the heroes.

Bought Brawler and won it. Been chatting w/the developer, offering feedback, such as voice clips for hits on enemies before KO.
First fanartist, review on Steam, and one of the few to play it.
These two don't appear together unless in Survival. In story, a hero can use a knife or crowbar against them.

I may be first to post a full playthrough to YouTube, if I pull it off.

Minelda Empire had a series of wars that cost many citizen's lives. They used a chemical compound to synthesize combatants to fight their wars for them. The people of Minelda treat them as disposable because they can create more as needed. To ensure the combatant's loyalty, they are cursed by the Emperor's ring that synchronizes with chips in their chest, arm, and leg, and can cause fatal electrocution. Failure is also punished by death and entire squads are held responsible for failure regardless of individual performance. They have a suicide bomb squadron where members have explosives surgically implanted in their abdomens.
