I've noticed that Amazing's UI update (on pg. 34) brought back the Personalami pic overlay on the Karazhan game board. (only that one)
This was my FAVORITE part of the original umod changes. I'm guessing this was just an accidental carryover, but if anyone knows how to figure out and/or replicate this on all the game boards, i would be forever grateful. If not, no worries.

I think you mean these ones? its on the In game mats and i have changed 5 but theres 13 boards that you could change.
I took these from Alien Animal from the other thred, and also this specific one is for nax :P

that is EXACTLY what i was talking about. Now i'm all excited, lol.

Unfortunately i have zero know-how about this stuff. I'm at your guys' mercy. If anyone has the time to mess with the boards, i'd be forever grateful. If you don't, no worries, i know i'm kinda freeloading here.

Hey, i have followed your guide, and i have reached the end with inject folder, overlay showing and working and going into file/browse texture assets the mods i have added are showing but in game no textures are being changed.. any help would be great thanks.

Hm. Make sure you are extracting the mod folders and not just dropping the zip in your textures folder.

Try extracting a pack directly into your Textures folder and let me know if that changes anything. I remember SKIM sometimes not liking folders inside Textures.

Sorry if you are doing those things already. It's hard to determine what exactly the problem is when it just doesn't work but if it's opening in game and you have the folders you should be good to go.

Also, just to clarify, you are putting your mods in the inject folder in your Hearthstone folder not the my mods folder right? The difference between SKIF and SKIM is where they look for the injected textures. SKIF looks in my mods so you may still have an injection folder in your my mods if you tried to use it in the past. SKIM(the version you are using) looks in the Hearthstone folder so double check and make sure your mods are extracted to Hearthstone>SK_Res>inject>textures.

If that doesn't help you may have to just try again. Wipe your my mods folder delete the program, reinstall Hearthstone and give it another go. I know it's tedious but the guide your following should be the most compatible for any machine.

Let me know if that doesn't work and I'll try to replicate your problem on my end.

If someone wouldn't mind giving me a hand here I'm having some new issues with the mod. ok I've got it to work in the past and has been working for years but now all of a sudden when I fired up the game last night SK Sayed something wasn't running right and had to turn off a function I wish I had payed more attention to the error but I was pretty brain dead. now the text of the card descriptions are all scrambled and unreadable as well as some of the other text's. I remember having this problem several years ago but I don't remember the fix. I sorta have the effects memorized of the cards but it slows me down in battlegrounds.

Here is the latest version of my own pack, with a large focus on the Duels gamemode. I've re-added all the former textures I could find for the signature treasures, with some new edits I've done myself. I attached a preview for a few of them if anyone wants to see.
