Quick question if anyone can help. Is there a way to remove golden effects from Hero Portraits? Specifically Queen Azshara HRO-xxx_H Ghost, HRO-xxx_H Mask
Sorry, but there are problems when downloading your files. Is it possible to somehow re-upload files, or throw them off in a different format? Thank you in advance for your help!

Looks like there aren't upload caps anymore. These are all my edits so far and I finally got almost all of them sorted by expansions too. Mercenaries folder is pretty much as large or even larger than all the others. I hope they are of some use for someone.
Hello, everyone. Since June 2, I can't successfully use the file you uploaded(Probably started with the Naga version). I don't know what the problem is, the documents are not valid wherever they are placed.
Ps : From machine translation, my English is poor : )
I got some requests for "share your workflow tutorial" or "tips, tricks or videos".
Let me share my humble one; I think you photoshoppers have better ways to deal these things.
(yes I'm still with Windows10 default Paint3D)
Example, token.
1) in the spoiler season we get some card images or full arts from the official sites.
(like Blizzard Press Center - Hearthstone - Assets )
then I start to think what body parts would match to this art.
2) try early experiments on them for matching color.
you can have several different ways for hue-matching, or color-matching in various graphic tools.
For the complex match I use Paint.net addons but it is not always perfect.
3) after the patch you can get the card sprites from the hearthstone program, especially for fireside gatherings.
you can use magic-wand, lasso or other tools to take out the body parts from the artwork, and combine it into artwork.
usually, it is better to deal with the golden card first.
4) combining golden animated parts and backgrounds, then we are done for the non-golden.
For tips;
- I found no golden ways to "find the best matching body parts", so I have to keep 40+ gigabytes of body part artworks without clothes.
(There might be some AI programs for making them nude or finding best matching, though)
- I'm not trained or payed professional, so I leave a lot of mistakes or minor flaws that does not make the quality worse.
Still, the borderline MATTERS, between the copy-pasted artwork and original work.
At least use some 11%-alpha brushes to hide those borderlines and make them well-connected.
- THEY ARE trained or payed professionals, both for hearthstone card artworks or body part artworks.
Especially for anatomies, you can compare the size of head, face, eye-to-mouth, shoulder, or neck-to-pelvis to make the best match.
- For extending thighs, it is quite useful to extend the canvas (not extending picture), and remove white area with "fill the background" tool.
- My first trial for fixing card was on "Explosive Evolution", replacing the arm.
I think it could be a good first example for trying your own fix.
Also, for replacing the whole picture (not editing), here's the reference.
Thank you for all your amazing works. I want to make some of my works, but I don't know how to get the ID of the card. Can someone help me?I don't speak English, sorry for my poor English.

Finding single one from specialK UI: While Hearthstone + specialK is loaded, Ctrl-Shirt-Backspace to load specialK. Press Render Mods tool to open another window. Press "Refresh Textures", find the image in the Live Texture View, and and "Dump Texture to Disk". It can pinpoint the image you want, but the image is often missing in the list.
Dumping all the images Hearthstone loaded; open dxgi.ini SpecialK.ini, update "DumpOnFirstLoad=false" into "true". Run Hearthstone and display all the images you want to find. It does not fail, but it dumps too many images at once though.
Then you can find the images in SK_Res/dump directory. You can convert it into PNG/JPG files with paint.net or texconv.
