Metahuman villainess on Black Lightning, called Looker. She is a rather racist tyrant who rules the white people of South Freeland by injecting them with a metallic liquid her body produces, that gives them super speed and strength. She herself has the same powers plus liquid metal nails. She ends up fighting Thunder and while she almost kills her, Black Lightning's arrival gives her the opportunity to throw her against the wall, impaling her on a coathanger. This makes the liquid leave her body and break her control of her minions, but she survives, hanging impaled on the wall and moaning pitifully, and Black Lightning says she will be given over to the government, implied that they will experiment on her.

Goddamn that's amazing! The scene fighting the masked girls just before is even better because the girls are faceless zakos. Is there more of this?

That's all of it i'm afraid. Might be worth keeping an eye on the producer's future work though.

It's overpriced. US and European productions involving 8+ people don't exceed $30.
It would probably be cheaper if they didn't include the rape and brainwashing scenes.
Of course, these guys are more-or-less the only production company that makes zako related flicks, even if they only do one about once or twice a year nowadays.

The site says it's 5400 yen which is about 48 dollars. That's been the general price for the newer, more recent FC movies. To be honest, I haven't checked out anything they've released since Nylon 66, so I don't know the quality of the most recent ones, but I was disappointed with a few up til then, and on top of the price increase I've stopped buying new FC movies. If I hear good things about the new one I might check it out.

Oh wow. When I checked it the 5400 yen price wasn't up and it was only the 10800 yen list price

10,800 is the DVD price, 5,400 is the download price. This is their standard price of their "premium" movies. I bought a lot less from Giga after they changed to SP player, which is a player with playing functions in the Commodore 64 era and the sole purpose is to prevent copying. Why should I pay the full price and get an inferior product while the same movie is available for a much lower price, or even free, elsewhere with no watching restriction? I don't mind pay them, but they forced me to go elsewhere. Also their picture quality was still at best just 720p.

As for this one, definitely NMCOT. The whole body is covered most of the time, not showing their legs, no hair style, face shape etc, and a very strange and non-appealing hand movement. The only attractive part is more "show the breast" after being killed by sword.

I grew up watching the Kim Possible cartoon, so I was excited about the upcoming Live Action remake (particularly the Shego part)

The trailer looks even better, as Shego has a squad of 10 zako henchwomen
