SDT Loader question (2 Viewers)

***Sunshine and happiness, except that you can't use any character code with that mod. It even freaks out if there is nothing at all in the code file.

No code actually resets things.
Not a loader bug AFAIK.

Well, setting loadCodeLast=0 seems to fix it.

That does something but it still doesn't seem to load the whole thing correctly. The mod works, but the code doesn't get applied.

To test it I just set up a code that only changed her skin color, something obvious like purple. Set the set loadCodeLast = 0 and yeah the mod loads but her skin color didn't change. :'(

It's just the lactating nipple mod with a settings.txt and a code.txt.

If I set loadCodeLast = 0 it loads the code but not the mod.
If I set loadCodeLast = 1 it loads the mod but not the code.

guess what breaks the lactating nipple mod?

changing the arm position xD

i am pretty sure that when character code is loaded in sdt, all that stuff is updated (whether it was changed, or not even included in the character code).
so attempting to load any character code after the mod (even in-game) will break it, or changing the arm positions.

SWEET! Your amazing dude! Thanks for the fix. Can't believe it was all down to one simple mod. Now the time consuming part will be replacing it in every folder. Might just move it to the $Over$ folder with the rest of the main mods I use in every char. lol. Would be easier. But thanks again man!

Some loader mods have "unload" functions that are called when removing a mod.
In the case of an unload function being bugged an error will be thrown and it will affect subsequent actions, this is most likely what you're experiencing.
Fix is simply to repair the unload function on the mod.

I'm going to assume you're using the mod from my thread, because that'll probably have broken too.
If not, link me to the mod you're using and hopefull I'll be able to fix that as well.

EDIT: Looks like the unload function was the culprit after all. I've updated mod in my thread to function with v5.21c

you should not move the loader out of its root folder, or don't delete or rename 'SDT.swf'


also, just noticed the latest loader with the binary data load, interesting feature.

Ummm.. i tried looking i realy did, but i could not find any info... so... What do you do once you download the loader... i cant seem to figure it out.
