Clamman5 Did you integrate the fixes for the outfits needed and have you figured out why Cardies are not getting affected in the same way as the standard skeleton?

Yeah, the cardis have their own skeleton, so breast scale and jiggle parameters would just have to be copied over from sto_femalegroup, haven't tested it yet. I did not work on the fixes yet, it's a pretty time consuming overhaul.

I understand what you mean. It's theoretically possible to edit a swimsuit costume's texture E.wtex file and the results would look as if you edited the mesh. As of now there's no way we can work with meshes directly but meshes seem to be redundant for STO anyways since the texture's transparency determines the design of the swimsuit. The problem is we haven't figured out the proper hex header to get the game to load post-2010 updated textures after we have edited them. I do plan on experimenting with some pre-2010 update textures (I will use the formal skirt E.wtex as a base)

Hey, I can edit the E.wtex and edit the swimsuits, but I am not skilled on photoshop so they end up been uly, but if you want I show you how.

It is easy, you just edit one of the really old E.wtex files, and guala

Ah yes I figured, I did just that using f chest formal E wtex and pasting the swimsuit over it then painting.

S swenson2 Great news, it is indeed possible to alter the swimwear and make thongs, slings, etc. Here is a quick example of what I did

On June 5th, Clamman5 posted in reference to nude Loriss "Yes, I've made her nude in my own personal copy of the mod, I will release to public ASAP. For future reference all NPCs can be edited in the playercostume.bin", so it is possible, though I haven't seen him release it yet.

Fantastic! Women are great nude but sexier with clothes on. Leaves more to the imagination...which explains the popularity of lingerie. There's an idea for some great in game outfits ;-) But that is a conversation for another day. Anyhow, there are all kinds of examples of each of those bikini types on google images. I don't have the photo shop skills to create these for in-game 'consumption' but will be eternally grateful to anyone involved that can make these come to light in-game, I've been wanting these since the summer event first started but have thought the past couple years that it was likely a pipe dream that would never come to fruition. Ideally there would be a few different options to choose from for each type, but beggars can't be choosers and anything would be better than nothing. Time is our most valuable commodity in life so I truly appreciate everyone's efforts.

Downloaded the front page installer, ran it, correct directory to sto live folder, as soon as I ran the game, it repatched everything to standard sto. I'm not technically inclined, but I do like my nudity in games. So, if someone would please walk me through how to get this to work, I would be very appreciative. I miss my Orion on her powerboard naked.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently the patcher for STO did not overwrite the nude mod. Thank you for this.

Also if anyone else knows how to make costume edits to the xmls in playercostume feel free to help me out. If you're curious Playercostume\Defs\Costumes\Missions contains all of the Risa npc files - Msn_Risa_Beach_"species name here"_Beachgoer_F_01.
Open them up with C++ notepad and remove bikinis by deleting information between <Geometry></Geometry>

We need a professional to fix up the nude textures, Maybe add some shadow and contour in the diffuse and bump maps.

I re-downloaded "Nude NPCs WIP - Loriss.rar" from post 1391, placed Playercostumeclient.bin in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata\bin", but Holo Loriss still remains stubbornly clothed. I then downloaded it using a different browser to make sure I wasn't getting the old file by mistake, but that didn't work either. What am I doing wrong?

I have since installed the new "Nudity is Life" patch, then copied the files from your patch into the bin folder, but my VILF still insists on wearing clothes. :(

This is very hopeful.
Even the RISA "String Bikini" is not nearly stringy enough when other NPCs have the tiny "loin delta."

Okay, I've already noticed a sliiiiiight implementation error. If you select Custom Jiggle or Custom Sizes, you must leave the installer window open on the last window that offers the viewing the changelog option. Otherwise the cleanup action will delete the very custom tweak stuff that you just copied to the hard drive.

I'll try and figure out a fix for this.
