Well, i mean i used both Cerephono's mod (not working after the patch) and the resorep, they are naked, but the textures is the original one which doesnt have nips.
Well I tried to follow everything i can find here and resorep isnt working for me
C:\Users\Leon\AppData\Roaming\Tencent\Users\2716781752\QQ\WinTemp\RichOle\R$`QKB32G2MA55POGT@Q2}B.png

Btw, im using BlackFireBR's Nude Mod
for the textures
Grab the modded folder from Cradle in page 2 of Joku nude skin thread. Afterward, rename file name 1354249286.DDS in the modded folder to 242032935.DDS

Try to lower your resolution and run in fullscreen window mode

I use full screen window and I find that's best. I have a decent MSI tho so I can still max it, I had lag in full screen. But window mode I find its good.

The risk is always there. But no one has been banned yet.

No extra steps or concerns. But if the texture is updated in game files, you will have to find out its new name and rename your modded texture accordingly.

That is exactly what the text after ~ is supposed to do. You may name your modded textures like "123456789~Elf face - normal.dds" or whatever naming system you chose. Just keep the original number at the beginning

Please tell what exactly needs to be clarified.

See above.

You must keep an original compression when saving modded texture (same compression as original texture - DXT1 or DXT5). And you must enable mipmap generation. All other settings are default.

It's described in the "For modders" section in the first post. Disable texture saving, go ingame, set up the ingame things that way that the texture will be loaded for the first time, enable texture saving, do ingame actions to load the texture, disable texture saving. Search among a bunch of saved textures. Most likely you will find the required texture there. I know it's pain in ass but unfortunately have no time to fix that now, sorry.

Sure thing, I've seen all these types of textures in captured textures. Only UI textures can't be modded since they are using uncompressed DDS format.

No idea. There could be other BDO modders' lairs out there.

Please keep in mind that unlike Skyrim this game has no official modding support. So all your mods may just stop working after some game update.

Thank you so much for the reply! This helps me so much.

I just downloaded and am about to try and capture some textures.
I was looking through your first post again and noticed this part
"Do not delete the original unmodded dds! It may be required later to autoupdate your modded textures in case of Resorep hashing algorithm change."
Are you referring to the textures inside"original" folder in resorep folder? How does one keep them organized while capturing and adding more textures all the time? Wouldn't it get congested and difficult to navigate? Or do you mean just back up the DDS somewhere before I edit it?

Also, does it matter what settings my graphics are on? Will lower settings capture a different texture? I ask because I use High textures, but my friend uses Medium.

Usually I made backup of DDS files I need before I edit it. Yes, lower graphics settings will capture a different texture. For example if you use nude skin, it will only show up when you use high quality, unless if you rename it to the lower quality DDS name.

Yeah I keep them organized in my own folder, I just was not sure if I had to keep them in the "original" folder specifically.

Ok so I tested with a wizard face mod, just painted something on his face and saved to D:\SSD Program Files\Resorep 1.2.0 Alpha\Win 7 x64, Win 8, Win 8.1\modded\DXT1\1174417404.dds
Nothing happens, he still has default face texture. How do I activate the mods?

I am using Photoshop CC, saved as DXT1 RBG and tried DXT ARGB.

What is "Enable Global Hook" check box for?

I always run on high settings, but actually when I set Resorep to capture textures it records both the high res and medium res textures for whatever I'm working on.
Since Resorep can deal with scaling resolutions just fine, you can mod your high res texture first and when you're happy with it, also save it with the filename of the medium res texture and then you've done both.
Kind of wishing I'd followed my own advice on this when I started making mods, because now I need to go back and do the medium res textures and it would have been so much quicker to just do them the same time.

It should be modded\1174417404.dds. Don't put any folder inside modded folder.
I think global hook isn't working right now so you don't have to worry about that.

Thank you! It works now <3

What threw me off was this part of the instructions "Save the texture to other folder using the same compression algorithm", that led me to believe I had to add the textures to DXT5 or DXT1 just like they are in original.

The only thing is I can't get it to capture the normal map (purple texture) of the Wizards face. Do all the face presets have the same Normal map so I have to activate capturing before selecting Wizard and not just when switching face presets? I find that strange since a lot of the wrinkles and nose bumps would not line up with all presets.EDIT: Nevermind, it was captured. I just didn't see it lol.

Yeah, you need to save with the same compression, but not put it in folders on modded folder.

I don't really understand about normal map because I rarely doing mods. So far I'm simply doing what other people did, and because nobody did anything on normal map, so I never experiment about it.

Yup I was not understanding right at all.

No worries I figured it out. ^^

Normal maps can be created from textures with Photoshop CC (or CS) and some other programs. You can also paint on them like a normal texture, but it can be tricky. By editing them you can do things like remove or add wrinkles or change the texture of a fabric. The easiest way to edit is usually to copy from another textures normal map you like better (Swap Wizards with Warriors for example).

I plan on adding some more detail to some of the horse models and making some younger looking Wizards.

I am really loving Resorep so far! It is so easy to use!

Say how is everyone making parts or entire armors invisible anyhow? I want to make Kibelius completely invisible.

Can anyone teach me how to remove textures on armors? I can not seem to remove some parts. I painted the parts black in alpha channel but I keep getting this or the whole piece is just in blocks and stripes.

It looks like you're saving your textures to the incorrect file type. If you capture at DXT1 then you must save as DXT1 and the same for DXT5. Also you need to enable Mipmaps when saving.
