Have you not considered Pixiv? The japanese care nothing for stuff that DA bans people for. Plus it is a gallery system with tags and favs and watches, unlike twitter which is very hard to search or navigate.

Jigokuraku, episode 3

Cannibal courtesan tries to seduce the executioner that is escorting her, but when the scene cuts back to them she's already been beheaded. Has very little screentime before being snuffed out, both in the anime and the manga. One manga extra chapter makes her death ironic by how every other executioner in the scenario was willing to fuck her and run off with her except the guy who got the rights to escort her.

I dunno if I ever posted these girls? 4Story - Rise of Gor was a run of the mill MMORPG I found back in 2015. Sadly defunct now. I never played enough to see all the sexy female enemies, but these Cat Beasts definitely left an impression -especially their "armor" which is just a collar and some leather straps that leave their breasts exposed. :P

I would add this lady here, Helena, because she might be a final boss in Largo Winch, but she dies incredibly fast and hilariously easily. Oh and after throwing her machine gun away, insisting she can finish Winch hand to hand - who blinds her with gasoline and then one-shots her with a knife to the boobs.

Yeah, Kingdom Under Fire. Specifically, Kingdom Under Fire: Crusaders and Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes.

It may very well be that it's not well known, it's kind of a niche title. Or that they seem kind of helpless; I had a hard time dealing with that myself(I couldn't help but feel bad). But it just seems like a solid entry that never gets brought up.

It's free on Steam now. I remember playing it when it came out in the early 2000's.
