If someone can find a way to slightly oversize costumes then it should be fixed.
For now your choices are to mod the costume so you can't tell there's clipping or swap it out for a different one that doesn't have clipping issues.

I can't make any sense of the scripts for Tamer armors or some of the codes used for them.
Can you take a look at them and show how you actually make a swap work for Tamer gear please?

PHW_03_UB_0001.PAC, PEW_03_UB_0002.PAC, PWW_02_UB_0003.PAC are Purnado Armor. It's loyalty costume on JP server. I don't know about PEW_02_UB_0003.PAC.

According to the first post in this thread, PEW_02_UB_0003 is Agerian, Basteer, Binder, and Dobart on the Ranger class.

I hope the information on that page is correct, because I've been using it to build a program for swapping models in the game.

One of solution is as Nicky said. The other solution is by not using an empty partcutdesc.xml, but make a customized one by list all pac files and remove only what you need.

It's on my pack files but it's incomplete, still missing some files. You can add what you need later. Remove only what you need, depend on your mods. Read this about how to do that.

I originally wanted to do that, but the little red frilly part at the bottom is a separate model from the skirt. That's a nice idea but there is one problem with it, If you release something like that everyone could swap models and since the nr.1 problem for many in this game is that you have to buy a costume to look different and they kinda force you to do it with their drab looking and scarce armor designs a lot of people would probably be interested in this,
atm we have a slight entry barrier but with a tool like that anyone could do it, i fear they could take action and make all modding impossible or worse since they rely on revenue from cosmetics a lot.
If you just do it for yourself it's fine but please think about the possible consequences before you release something like that in to the wild, it would be for the best if we keep a low profile with this.

It's on event_costume. I think it's 00_contribute_0001_e, but if it's not it, try to change from 0001 until 0012. I can't check it myself now.

Yes, there's a chance. I got an error message from xigncode saying something like "missing or modified files", and my game closed. But so far it's only happened once for me. I read that someone said that he ask gm if it's allowed to use mod or not, and the reply was they won't actively ban people if it's not giving advantage, unless xigncode flags them for autoban.

I don't know if it's legit or not. But at that time, most of us are only using nude mod openly, and some of us already using swap mod secretly. Because as tet666 said, they are making money with costume, and we can get the look of that costume for free. We are a threat to their profit now, so maybe they will do something about that.

It's a bit more complicated then that, you can bypass it hackers are doing it for a while now but you need specialized tools made for it to do that and you need to emulate the heartbeat script (response to the server) and other things if they catch you doing that you will definitely be banned since it's a lot worse then modding.

Yeah, so...

1. use these mods to be nekkid
2. use these mods to swap one in-game armor for another in-game armor
3. use these mods to make in-game armor look nicer
4. use these mods to wear clothing that hasn't been released to your region yet

but don't use these mods to be a cheapskate and "wear" cash-shop armor for free. At the very least, go buy SOMETHING from them, as an act of "good faith".

sounds nice on paper, but I dont think that'll be a deciding factor on whether or not we get banned. Best we can do is lay low and if someone gets the boot report it here.

I doubt they will ban anyone for this, this isn't cheating you don't get any advantage (beside looking fabulous on your screen only)
but they could make modding impossible or very hard and destroy the scene here which creates some really nice stuff we don't want that to happen obviously.
They also did in fact send a dmca to the people who made the Paz browser tool back in the day.
