Is anyone actually familiar with the "bangla" movie industry? Are their films just shot in awful quality to begin with, or are they unavailable in watchable quality to anyone uploading them to youtube?

I also should say not every zako in this movie is a woman, and sometimes it's hard to identify who a zako is, so maybe my list will not be full.
At 0:52 we can see a woman. I believe so, because that black strip near her right shoulder should be her bra. She also can be seen at 0:31. It seems, she has wide hips and narrow shoulders.
She is the second to die. Just as any other zako in this team, she got only one bullet, and we can see her falling on the floor at 1:54. She is near the window in the room with the flowers.
Wait, no, one female zako was killed off-screen, and we can see her on the floor at 1:57. The legs of her teammate weren't necessary in this scene.

8:53 - another battle has started. Enemy girls arrived. There are 8 of them. In the cops team there is a woman too.

OMG I loved this concept! While I’m not too interested in musicals, I loved the zako concept in this film! I especially love how boys in “The Children” donned the same feminine attire as the other girls. Sooo hottt!! I just wish at the end, they weren’t taken out by one grenade, wish it was more of a shootout to see all of them each meet a fitting end individually.
Quoting myself here, but I finally got around to watch 2020 Texas Gladiators and maaaan this movie has some amazing Mad Max style raider biker chick zakos... with some having quite sexy death scenes too. It's your typical italian-made-american cheap flick but quite enjoyable, you are never sure who the main characters really are as someone we followed for quite some time suddenly gets killed off, keeps you on your toes!
Just saw this Cinema Snob review of 2020 Texas Gladiators, gotta find this movie, has some amazing post-apocalyptic bandit girls, the black one has a great death scene.
You can watch the whole "composite cut" movie here (combining the cut and much worse quality uncut version) - I tried comparing the cut and uncut versions, but frankly the only change I noticed was that in the opening fight scene, they show when a Ranger pushes the axe into a guy's head.
Let's start with the random biker chick zakos. They mostly ride at the back of a bike driven by a guy, and are shooting at the barricades with machine guns while the guys drive, though a few of them drive the bikes themselves. Most of them only appear for brief shots, but we do see bandana-wearing gal and shaggy haired girl with bandoliers shown several times. Later when the "Black One"'s energy-shield-wielding troops breach the barricades, the biker raiders use a truck with planks to vault over the barricades and start raping and pillaging, we see two raider gals running around with guns. At the end of the movie, when the tables are turned and the rangers take back the power plant with the help of the native americans, we see the same two raider girls running away from the natives - probably they got some arrows in the back, but none of them are shown dying on-screen.
The next zako of note is a hot one with quite the death scene, but she has very little screentime. I just call her Catchdog's squeeze since well, she rides with Catchdog - one of the main villains, now the leader of the biker raiders, formerly a Ranger, who was exiled in the opening scene of the movie after he tried to rape a civilian girl. His squeeze rides with him, holding on to his shoulders and hefting a dangerous looking machine gun - unfortunately for her. Nisus, the Ranger protecting the power plant, uses a sniper rifle to try and kill Catchdog, but he gets a report from a raider and bends down, so the shot hits the poor raider girl instead, right between the eyes. She throws up her head and then slumps down dead, resting her chin on Catchdog's shoulders. Quite angry at losing his girlfriend, he drives away out of gunshot range, all while her body hangs limply on the backseat of the motorcycle.
I have taken to calling this next raider chick Fatty for obvious reasons. If anyone knows who the actress is, or if the character had a name, let me know! She actually has lines but is not credited on IMDB or in the movie credits.
She has quite the sexy outfit - her top has alternating holes and vertical straps, which expose most of her breasts, so her nipples are almost always visible... and do to her size, she has quite the boobjiggle when she runs. :)
We see her during the siege of the power plant, riding a bike with a guy and shooting at the defenders with a rifle. Once defenses are breached, she starts looting, and holds up an old man at gunpoint. He gives her his pocketwatch, which she admires and listens to the music it plays, then pockets it between her breasts... and shoots the man dead.
When the natives attack the place, she grabs a machine gun and runs outside, leaving a scared civilian girl in her newly taken room (it is heavily implied she kept her as a sex slave). When her fellow raider girl, Judy (more on her later) sneaks into her room to to steal the pocketwatch, Fatty returns and tells to keep her grubby hands to herself, using her rifle for emphasis.
She meets her end shortly after Catchdog does, when Halakron (the new main character Ranger) exits the building and Fatty fires at her. She misses, and he fires back with his rifle, catching her right between the boobs and she falls over dead with a scream, though we sadly do not see her land.
I saved the best for last , Judy, played by the lithe and sexy Gerrera Gerrera. She is a wild and capricious one, I could compare her behaviour to Mad Harriet of the female furies from Apokolips, aka kinda crazy. She first appears alongside a male raider, and they take turns playing cat and mouse with a hapless factory worker. Judy grins at him like a maniac, then kicks him and grabs him by the hair. Then the other raider turns on the switches on the wall and Judy kicks the worker into it, electrocuting him.
We next see her as mentioned, when she sneaks into Fatty's room, trying to steal her pocketwatch. When reprimanded by the 'owner' at gunpoint, she pouts and grumpily leaves. However, as she probably realized the battle is not going well for her team, she abandons it and runs back into the room, pocketing the watch. She then turns to the sex slave woman, who still sits there too numb to resist, and wants to take some personal item from her at gunpoint, trying to rip it out of her hands. This proves to be Judy's undoing, as Jab, the other Ranger, appears in the doorway. Judy turns to shoot him but she is too slow, and he kills her with two shots to the chest- she falls backwards on the table with her legs up, then her body spasms a bit as she expires. We even get a nice view of her corpse on the table from the other angle, showing her panties - and Jab certainly gives it a look that implies he was probably going to come back later and have some fun with her corpse later. (He never gets the chance though, as he is shot to death by the Black One's soldiers right after this scene).

I laughed so much when both the terrorist-raider chicks and then the BEAT swat team do their dance number and stare each other down, and then the main character just comes up behind the chicks and just guns them all down. They even stand there frozen in surprise that he ignored the "must wait for the song to finish" rules before collapsing in a heap of corpses.
