What do you mean by "fan made" exactly? As far as I know, there isn't any source material to this to be a fan of. I could totally be wrong, but it's my understanding that this is a independent standalone project
I meant more like that some amateurs made it, and it wasn't made for TV or streaming, just as a fan project. By "fan made" I mostly refer to not professionally made stuff, but things that people put on youtube and make for fun. Like those unofficial Batman vs Predator shorts.
But in the meantime I found that it was made with backers (possibly on Patreon).
Here is another henchlady from TekWar (S02E10) - her name is Honey Duran, played by the busty Cheryl MacInnes. The outfit she has is totally kinky villain wear - a patterned swimsuit-bodice, stockings, and a red cape attached at the back too for extra measure!
She works as a madam and proprietor at a virtual reality brothel, though she leaves most of the work for her girls. She handles the elite clients though, especially those that her boss - a tech company CEO - wants something from. She introduces those to Carlotta, a virtual reality simulation so realistic, most fall in love with her and are willing to pay anything to see her again, including doing favors to the company.
The latest victim is a politician, but he refuses to vote the way Honey's boss liked. Instead, he tries to strangle her, but her bodyguard, a crossdresser guy tazes him. Jake investigates at the politician's request and gets Honey to introduce him to Carlotta too. In the meantime, Honey meets the politician in a diner, behind a privacy screen, who refuses to change his vote and threatens to go public with the blackmail. Honey points out he made a mistake meeting under a privacy screen that mutes voices, then uses a pop-out wristband blade to stab him to death.
Jake, who has realized by talking to Carlotta that she is a real existing woman who must be held prisoner somewhere, has been trying to buy out the "program", and after making the discovery that the real Carlotta was once in an accident then disappeared from the hospital, forces his way into the laboratory - finding out Carlotta is on life support and her brain is wired into the VR. He holds Honey at gunpoint, but when more henchmen turn up, she stabs him with the wrist-blade and runs away. She later ambushes Jake by jumping out from behind some shelves, as Jake wrestles with her, he pushes her away and she falls on some barrels. Jake uses his feet to to turn over her body, revealing she fell on her own blade, stabbing herself in the heart. Later, the evil CEO gloats that Honey had the decency to die, removing anything linking him to the crime - so likely he would have had her killed anyway if she was captured.

And Happy Highschool (1986)
His name is Lisette - early on, he gets arrested on bailing parole, and then Jake questions him playing good cop and promising not to raise charges, while Lisette plays the part of the prissy primadonna. But the real cops come in and Lisette realizes they had nothing on him, so he refuses to say more. Does not appear in the rest of the episode.
There are also some very sexy ladies working for Honey in this episode, but they are prostitutes, not henchwomen, they do not actually fight anyone, just do their jobs.
I cannot find these posted here, so, here are the two hunter ladies from the (really terrible) remake of Turkey Shoot.
Unlike the old movie, here the plot is about a soldier (played by the man incapable of expressing emotions other than dumb confusion, Dominic Purcell) being accused of killing civilians and thrown into the live streamed Turkey Shoot game, where contestants have to reach a button with a time limit in various areas, while hunted by amateur and professional killers. In a nice bit of fanservice the movie actually re-plays the most dramatic deaths as well as gives the watchers stats about the hunters and the prey.
The first hunter lady is Kintay, from Japan. As you'd expect from a cliche movie, she is armed with a katana, of course. She attacks Purcell in the jungle, and he fends her swordstrikes off with a rebar he found, though she relentlessly comes back even after being kicked off or even punched in the face. At the end though he manages to twist her arm and then put her in a headlock... but that is when another hunter attacks and shoots him through the shoulder with an arrow. Purcell manages to turn around though and uses Kintay as a human shield, who gets the next arrow right between her shapely boobs - something the viewers get a good shot of due to the arrow having a mounted camera on the shaft.
The second hunter lady is Killshot, from Australasia (yeah this movie is from a not too distant future, new countries). Her weapons of choice are twin uzis. The harbor stage begins with the camera showing Killshot approaching via motorbike, and trying to ram Purcell. She then chases him between the containers, firing when she has a good angle at him. As he is unarmed, he can do nothing but run away.
At last she corners him and delivers the classic "Say hello to my little friends" line as she is about to riddle him with bullets... but then unexpectedly, the korean hunter blows her up to smithereens with his rocket launcher. Ouch.

On a spiritual mind quest or whatever, the hero runs into an archer who takes great pleasure in putting some arrows into him.
Her transparent dress, final jiggle as she dies and the final view of her sideboob is just amazing. Wish there were higher quality rips of the film available...
