Well lookie me, I found something already lol

When you press anything on the menu of animtoolsv9, the hotkeys to pull up the menu doesn't work anymore, and I don't use the hover for options feature, so when that happens, my menu is gone lol.

Also, what happened to <a href=http://www.sdtmods.com/index.php?topic=4739.msg72729#msg72729>this</a>?

i suppose a button that swaps the regular game controls with the animtools buttons can do that xD.
i would have to add an open menu button to the animtools controls, but that is a minor technicality, nothing too serious.

i tried adding the behind leg feature in a while ago.
if i remember correctly it broke plenty of stuff xD. i have an alternate old source that has it added, but it throws errors all over the place if you are using the debugger. i will admit that i lazingly threw it in there though without much thought as how it could play nicely with other things.

Hi, regarding animtoolsv9,

1) Some objects on third button page don't respond to moving (Z) properly. For example, there's no way for me to put the chair (I) to the left side of the screen as my mouse simply leaves the borders of the flash program sooner than it reaches the location I'd want. (maybe chair has lots of transparency in it's image or something)
For example, for this position, I'd like her to be sitting on the chair.

2) Would it be possible to change the penis size through animtools positon file? Some positions are made so that if the penis is too large, it will stick out of her body. I have lots of those but for example this one.

3) I might not be completely getting how these objects work, is it possible for new animtools position to load that object you put into the current background? Is it possible to export backgrounds with those objects from the position creator?

*position files aren't mine, I found them on forum somewhere*

the props you set in animtools become part of the position and will show up when you load the position. i don't have any support for exporting backgrounds, the whole point of putting them in animtools was so people didn't have to create custom backgrounds to match the position.

there are some tricks you can do to be able to put the props outside of the typical view window. if you change the window height or width (the actual application window), you can have more space on the side or top of the screen to place your objects. i was thinking of adding some move left/right/up/down keys to the 3rd buttonpage that would alleviate this.

the penis size changing could be seen as imposing on people's normal settings. i could throw in a setting to permit penis size adjustments, would be easy. not sure how many position creators would use it xD



so so far, looks like i need to add prop movement keys and an open menu key.

Well, I figured so, however, I doesn't seem to work for me. The new positionfiles do contain a lines with the objects but even if I manually set all objects to active (1), neither shows up.
What could be the cause? All I changed was me replacing my old animtoolsv8 swf with new one in the Mods\$INIT$\Default folder and within the Mods.txt file.
I also tried to use the in-loader position modding and while I would get buttons from page 1 and 2 to work, neither button from page 3 would work, objects wouldn't show up even there, what am I missing.

The window resizing did help, for some reason at the type of writing I only tried default and full screen. Thanks

Well, being just an option, no one would be forced to use it. I personally have around 10 position files which involve fucking either against the wall and on different things, as well as some angled doggystyles in which the penis , if set too big, would go through the girl which doesn't look right.
Alternatively, I tried using the animtoolscharposition method, in which I'd load positions as characters with empty charcodes apart from the penis size which I could set, however, the character would be set to default and I'm not sure if it's possible to make a charcode which only changes one thing and leaves others as it is.

the following changes have been made to my working copy of animtools:

added prop movement keys,
open menu key,
maxpenissize position setting with option to allow them,
tweaked how prop scaling works so you can get better scale options,
added an offset to the mouse prop setting so the props aren't so far away from the pointer,
adjusted the layering of the props to have big props behind the smaller props,
changed the layer the props are added to to the scene layer. this should fix the custom backgrounds hiding them, and they will have the zooming capabilities like the characters.


edit - also forgot to mention the flip prop keys in documentation, that will be updated as well

the version i upload as an official update will have these changes included. the qa testing, i mean vip access, has been helpful in finding bugs/unpredicted features.

So I've also been having an aforementioned issue with the breastexpansionplus mod, i.e. I can't get the belly to actually expand. The mod loads up fine (green text in the top right corner), I've got the swf and settings files in the INIT folder, and I can get pretty much every other feature of the mod to work (breast expansion, body expansion, cum from the eyes, etc).

No matter what though, the belly won't visibly expand at all. Debug says the cum value has increased, which has increased the Belly Target value, and then the belly value itself, all the way from its start at 1 up to its max at 150. Still no visible change though.

What am I missing/messing up here?

Hello, regarding animtools9 again.

Found another issue, object layers seem to be above HIM(at least his penis), so if you put an object (like a bed) and put something like missionary position, it will seem like his penis is going inside the bed.

Not even sure I did that. For all I know, sby could have just happened to log in after I posted in the animtools postion thread.

not sure. i threw the mod in a freshly downloaded loader and updated the character folders text file, and loaded up the mod. seems to work as normal with all of the expansions working. you can upload your loader folder to see if there is other weird stuff affecting it.

It would be really nice to be able to position either or both of HIS arms using this. Mainly to grab things in positions like HER hair, breasts or hips.

When I have

zoom=0.25

set in animtools files the guy's cum is invisible. This started when I updated to animtoolsV9 a few days ago.

If I leave it at 0.4 it woks fine. (I had a bunch of zoomed position files from v8 that I had created to work with backgrounds and noticed they had this bug when I tried v9, but the files packed with the mod (or the default BJ scene) did not have this issue.

How do I get the color changes from autohueregV2.swf to show up when I load a character folder (or load a Costume from dialogue using DA)?

I can get a Costume Top to turn red using the loader tab, for example, and save a HueData.txt file in $INIT$, but I have no idea how to get this to apply when I load the shirt again (without manually going into the loader tab and turn it red manually again - but the HueData.txt file is doing nothing then).

So, I just found out something funny yesterday. I tried to use some of dante's male changing mods but they wouldn't work right, Only the arms changed. The mods would only work right while I was in a position with animtools. I always had animtools as one of the mods that are suppose to start up when I start up sdt. So, I thought what would happen if I took off animtools? It worked normally after that. Apparently, animtools keeps me from using any mods that changes the male character. To solve the problem I had to load the male first and then animtools.

P.S.: For some reason, I decided to redownloaded animtools and put it back as one of the start ups. Now the male mods work perfectly with it. WTF!!!!!!
???
