Scene from what appears to be some kind of Manga Hentai thingy (hey I'm no otaku) called Bomber Girl Volume 2. No idea whats going on, but the evil babes here are clearly up to no good and get wonderfully obliterated by what I'm assuming is the heroine.

Everything one could ask for is here. Mooks being used as human shields, humiliating deaths etc.

There's a guy called 馬鹿ぐるお on pixiv that has a ton of glamour shots of enemies in games. I've come to really like his style, he makes different body shapes and picks up on details that a lot of artists either ignore or omit, like the muscular arms on Brenda. It's not like I was dying for that to happen, but doing that makes it seem like he's really trying to reproduce these characters in a different format. He also pulls some deep cuts, like a character in an old AVGN review.

That 4th one is the deep cut I was talking about, some game in a terrible NES combination cart from an old AVGN review.

29. Slashers (Action 52 NES)

So the fourth character was the female enemy from the 29th game in the NES version of the Action 52 game compilation, Slashers. The drawing doesn't exactly match the sprite because her sleeves were not detached in the game, but she's hot either way.

Those are pretty good - I'm not sure about Nora's ripped leggings / tights, not sure they suit what she's going for..

You're right, she does look a bit like that chick from Dynamite Cop.

I just made a great discovery, random find on dA ... not even searching for anything, it came through on the front page.

I'm sure it's appealing to most people here. Warning - does contain moderate gore in places etc. As far as posed 3D art goes it's good. I'd like to see the zako-types in some 'winning' situations.

Wow, fantastic sequence here! The artist really captures the characters' personalities and the nature of the peril beautifully. Blaze looks so embarrassed in the early panels and then just absolutely mortified at the end.

Yes, wow, fantastic work! I love the idea and it's beautifully illustrated. Like CrimsonRisk said, the way that the characters' personalities are captured makes it even more special. TBH I wasn't into Nora in the same way as certain other zako before I saw this.

For a character like Nora it must have been tempting to feature her wielding a whip, but the choice made here is better - its sort of more intimate the way she dominates Blaze with her bare hands.

Out of interest, was this your own request/commission? And how much of it was your idea - did you plan it in a lot of detail? Sorry, I have lots of questions, but basically I just love this, its a shame i can only click on 'like' once!

I'm glad everyone likes it as much as I do. I can see why Nora is an acquired taste. Thanks to her (well, the people who designed her from concept to implementation into the games) I haven't been able to shrug the whole zako thing off after many years ...

I agree, it makes the set special. It makes sense in the context of the images as well, what with Nora probably doing whatever she likes at that point. Blaze has clearly already been the subject of that Nora's whip (and maybe others) whip's judging by all those deep strikes.

Unfortunately not, but it is one of those rare instances where it might as well have been. It would be amazing to know what happened before, and next.

There's a couple of guys on DA I'm sure someone here has heard of, but they do some great stuff in terms of KO's & Henchwomen in particular.



Done by a guy named Shabazik: Shabazik on deviantART He has a pretty big gallery, and not all of it is on topic, but he has a LOT that'll interest people on here in terms of Zako & ryona in general (lots of dark elves)

Another one worth checking out is KO-Corral: KO-Corral on deviantART



He's a big fan of Agent Aika (obviously) and tends to do a lot of work around the concept of "Neo-Delmo" (his own creation). Definitely worth a look if you want to see mooks getting clobbered.
