Behold, from Honkai Star Rail: Wraith wardens! Partly prison guards, partly exorcists.

Technically good guys, but they have a track record of getting possessed or killed, and in gameplay terms they're strictly enemies, so they still count as zako. Gameplay-wise, their only gimmick is that their first hit inflicts a debuff which will stun you if you get hit again.

They were introduced in version 1.5. Part of the story in this version involves a bunch of them getting possessed, so in the area leading up to the boss you get to see a bunch of them on the ground, presumably unconscious. Here's a timestamp of the relevant section, including a fight against some.

They also make a return in the most recent version, 2.4! This time, the heroes get caught up in the middle of a jailbreak. There's a short-but-sweet cutscene where a superior discovers one of their bodies, and attempts to rally them, while the camera cuts to show us that there is nobody left to follow her orders. Once again, relevant timestamp.

Unlike last time, we can be pretty sure these ones are actually dead.

I plan on making another post for Genshin, because that has many more zako-esque enemy designs, but ironically it's made it all the more difficult to make something both comprehensive and reasonably brief. Maybe I'll just have to make one for the Fatui, and another for the Eremites? Who knows.

Two henchgirl baddies in S2E10 of Vox Machina. They belong to the Herd. There are more, but these are the only clearly visible deaths.

One of them is a berserker type of character and the other is a female Drow.

The strong woman henchie is tough and takes multiple bullets by Percy's gun. Her swings are too wide and Percy manages to get an opening after one of her swings and blows her head off.

Second hench baddie tries to take on Pike. She is much stronger, her blows are flinging Pike back several feet. However, she is outmatched skillwise, and Pike uses an opening to injure her by taking one of her eyes out.

The blow causes her to stagger for a split moment. The look of fear as she knows that she is unable to avoid her inevitable death. Too slow sweetie.

This opening allows Pike to perform a slam by jumping and smacking her head, breaking her neck by spinning it to the back of her head, ending her for good.

I really liked these ladies. They seemed so arrogant and cocky, thinking they could beat members of the crew. Based on their aggressiveness of fighting instead of using any concrete tactics. But they were pretty and I do wish we got a little bit more screen time with them.

Bacta/Bacta 2: The Resurrection of Bacta
A pair of black comedy adventure games for the PC98 about a paranormal investigator and sort of exorcist named Jinpachi who hunts and kills a race of exclusively female demons known as "Youma". Those succubi-like nude temptresses with pointy ears and forehead tattoos possess human females by raping them and cause chaos in society under the orders of a villainess named Dirsala. Jinpachi rapes suspicious beauties he accuses of being hosts until they orgasm to break the possessions and sadistically shoots each henchwoman on the head before they do much of anything in either story. Several of them die offscreen and in the original game you can't even see most of the headshots. In the 1&2 version with voice acting they aren't even voiced despite being such a highlight.

Opening scene where Jinpachi fucks some girl to reveal the Youma possessing her, only to get bored because she's some small fry instead of who he's looking for. When she angrily tries to slash at Jinpachi, he executes her with a bullet to her forehead tattoo and she dies crying that her master Dirsala won't let things end this way. The host girl wakes up with no recollection of being possessed.

The scene cuts to a red-haired naked henchwoman named Mies (ミース) reporting the death of the Youma to the devilish leader Dirsala, who is also a demoness who can possess female humans but doesn't walk around naked like her minions for some reason. It is revealed that the girl who Jinpachi killed was named Fiss (フィス) and it's the only time any of those ladies are named, since the text boxes for every other scene refer to them as just "Youma".

Jinpachi forces a bartender under threat of death to let him break into his home to fuck the possession suspects inside, and a Youma comes out of the second girl he rapes. She boasts about having lived for thousands of years, so Jinpachi replies that's too long already and she must die. He executes her when she attacks and she dies with a whimper, a scream and a weak cry of "You'll... re... gret... this..."
The deaths of the Youma "exorcised" in the first game aren't visually shown in any detail. They just fade away without visible injuries.

Jinpachi finds the beheaded corpse of a thug who was previously seen attempting to rape a girl. He barely avoids the sharp nails of a succubus who attempts to wrestle his gun away and decapitate him too. He pulls a second gun and carves a large hole in her tummy, rambling about how despite being small, its bullets are piercing and have extra gunpowder. The babe slowly dies gasping in pain and ranting about how Dirsala plans to get rid of Jinpachi and ruin Japan's economy. Despite being fully corporeal, her body just disappears too as Jinpachi mocks her for taking so long to expire.

A possessed girl named Sayaka who shows up in the apartment of a couple who Jinpachi has been interrogating for most of the game seduces and disarms him, but as she babbles about Dirsala's evil plans it turns out he had poisoned her during their conversation. He rapes the Youma out of the host and quickly kills the demoness, furious that at some point she killed the couple who lived there. It's actually the only particularly evil thing a Youma gets to do in the duology besides raping and possessing girls. Orgasming and agonizing from poison at the same time, the villainess cries out for Dirsala and disappears. It's not really clear if the babe is killed by the poison or Jinpachi doing something else when the screen cuts to black. Sayaka is apparently unharmed but doesn't appear again.
Oddly enough, none of the zakos in Bacta 1 seem to be Mies from the opening scene.

A succubus is found raping a green-haired girl in an alley to possess her and both of them somehow ignore Jinpachi when he tries to interfere. The youma goes back and forth between enjoying the girl's screams to telling her to shut up, and forces the girl to suck her breasts at one point. Jinpachi gropes the victim's breasts, then the demoness' tits (the only time he ever has any sexual contact with a youma's actual body) and all four mammaries at the same time but they still don't notice him. Then he executes the youma not to save the girl but just because he was being ignored. Her death and corpse are not shown on-screen.
Then Jinpachi personally rapes the teenage girl after accusing her of not being possessed by the youma because she's possessed to begin with. But she isn't, so the protagonist freaks out and runs away to evade the authorities. He actually rapes several normal girls of all ages out of paranoia in both games, but gets away with it every time.

Two nude beauties are found holding Jinpachi's sidekick Tenpei hostage next to a gasoline barrel with a detonator. The protagonist drops his gun but refuses to obey the girls and keeps talking back to them to piss them off, much to the panic of the hostage. One of the babes threatens to blow up the barrel, saying they aren't afraid to die, but they never do it. Then Jinpachi stumbles onto a shotgun and recklessly shoots the succubi down even though both the hostage and the barrel are in the line of sight. Both youma die offscreen.
After this scene, the encounters with the succubi only get shorter and shorter.

A red-haired youma is raped out of the girl she possessed and is surprised to find Jinpachi crying for some reason. For a moment she thinks he's happy to have sex with her and is flattered, but he instead says he's that glad to be able to kill a youma again after a while and murders her with a bullet to the head. Then he complains about how easy a prey she was. The youma's body just fades away after a dying scream.

A youma gruesomely bursts out of a rapist thug's body while shouting that she'll avenge her friends, but gets immediately slain. While Jinpachi gloats about what an idiot the Youma was for facing him head-on, the demon leader Dirsala pushes him onto the floor from behind. She's just chased off by the armed secretary Hitomi, though.

A youma tries to kidnap the "love interest" and Jinpachi has no weapons to kill her with. After molesting the girl for a while, the succubus is suddenly told by Jinpachi that he was prepared for this and had bombs set up behind her the whole time. The temptress thinks he's bluffing until she looks back and gasps in shock. The scene then suddenly and uncerimoniously cuts off to the police station sometime later, where Jinpachi casually declares he's killed the youma with the explosion and saved the hostage but is forced by the chief to leave the demon invasion case for a time because of his recklessness.

A hysterical female protester breaks into Jinpachi's office and attempts to kill Hitomi to avenge the Youma, but Tenpei jumps over the secretary and takes the bullet on the shoulder while Jinpachi overpowers the unnamed protester. He rapes the girl while ranting that the Youma are lesser than animals to him and that he's just fighting for human sovereignty by slaughtering them. The investigator then kicks her out, threatening to show her "what 'Death' is really like" if he ever sees her again.

A youma successfully kidnaps a girl away from cops who don't have enough firepower to penetrate that shapely and resistant demonic body of hers, all while Jinpachi suggests using explosive rounds and taunts the chief for her incompetence. The possessed girl shows up later trying to put the protagonists to sleep, but Jinpachi sees through this and rapes her to exorcise the youma. Both girls have different hair colors in this scene. As soon as the youma comes out, Jinpachi mortally shoots her and taunts her over how she's dying the fastest out of them all. When she cries that she wants to stay just a while longer, our "hero" sadistically and brutally shoots her three more times before quipping that she wasn't as strong as he thought. The youma's body just fades away from the screen as she dies.

In the end of the story, Jinpachi fights and captures Dirsala after she summons the titular "Bacta", a giant orb monster thing. It turns out she was a normal girl named Leela who has been possessed by the orb, and the Youma are pieces of its spirit. Jinpachi lures the orb into draining Dirsala of her powers and collapses a building on top of it before the US Army nukes Japan to get rid of it. Jinpachi and Leela survive the collapse of the building but the credits show they still don't get along well and have to be pulled apart by Hitomi and Tenpei when they meet again.

The youma in the game are indeed cute in their own bitchy haughty naughty way. It's a shame how they just get murdered in like a minute each by the callous protagonist (and even if you play for ryona/snuff, their death scenes aren't shown in much detail after the violent opening cutscene either) .

Speaking of forgotten game systems, there is the damn Philips CD-I. There is a brawler game called Mutant Rampage Bodyslam and there are tons of great female enemies (some even topless), but I found no emulator so far that'd play this game.

I was surprised by the snuff scenes in Little Princess, particularly considering the sequel, "Little Vampire", has no mature content at all. You can keep killing the poor knight girl zako over and over since she just revives offscreen for no apparent reason.

This short haired not-naked demon girl in a yukata is one of the very few who doesn't get slaughtered by the "hero" of Bacta 1&2. In the scene, she's worrying about the wounds of the villainess Dirsala who's bathing in a hot spring. Dirsala says she's given a name to the monkey near them, who just sits there unamused. Both girls start laughing when Dirsala boasts about how she'll kill the protagonist Jinpachi, with it being a running joke in the game that Dirsala likes laughing for so long that she starts choking (and the compilation version has voice acting so you can actually hear her laughing (but the zakos unfortunately aren't voiced)).
The demon girl zakos in both Bacta games are very friendly and loyal to Dirsala (who's a human girl named Leela who's a friend/ex-lover of the sociopathic Jinpachi but is possessed by a giant orb monster), and in the first game several demon girls cry the blonde's name as they die by Jinpachi's bullets. Unfortunately, in several scenes the villainess actually seems very apathetic about her "children" being all murdered by Jinpachi...
