I still get the problem when i run it in 64bit. I am not sure why.... the install instructions say to put the contents of the ZIP in the pak folder... now I imagine it means to put the files in the pak folder in the pak folder and the files in the character folder in the character folder... am I right?
I updated the instructions in the v1.61, it should say to extract in the root folder of the game.
But yeah, if you put what's inside the PAZ folder of the zip, in your PAZ folder and do the same thing for the character folder, it should work as well

Please read the instructions again, carefully.
I understand.... i did set bmod to run as administrator and then run the bat file.... it of course just flashed on the screen so i couldn't tell what happened so i right clicked on it and ran it as administrator and that is when i saw that message... i take it then when it flashes so fast i can't read anything it is actually working?

Also, i didn't move the multiple...xml because i already had one that I had set up previously... is everything correct?

Oh, okay then.
If it flashes, it's not working. It should pause at the end of the program to see what happened before you exit.
Right click the mod-armor.bat, and then click on "Edit", and them remove the @.\ symbols at the begining of each instruction and make sure the file ends with:

pause

Run again the .bat normally (not as administrator) and tell me if it flashes.

If still flashes, put your whole PAZ folder on your Desktop, run the .bat, and if it woks, it should not flash and stop and the end.

If it works, put the PAZ folder back to the game's folder

Tamer.. And no
Code:
<Conditional Code="U">
    <Model Index="-">1_PC/5_PBW/ARMOR/9_UPPERBODY/PBW_00_UB_0030.PAC</Model>
    <Model Index="U">1_PC/5_PBW/ARMOR/9_UPPERBODY/PBW_00_UB_0015.PAC</Model>
</Conditional>
doesn't work.
For tamer is PBW_EW_UB_0030.PAC

Worked better but the same thing still happened :(
You said it freezes at the splash screen with the 64 bit?
32 bit doesn't work why again?

i was assuming other mods were interfering but i removed them and put this into 64bit again and it won't get past the first screen.

Edit: Well that is interesting, if i put in your xml files it runs... which is weird because i had never had a problem with my xml files before.

EDIT 2: EVEN MORE INTERESTING... if I add this to the beginning of your xml:

<!-- -------------------Plum Edits-------------- -->
<Conditional Code="U">
<Model Index="-">1_PC/22_PKWW/ARMOR/9_UPPERBODY/PKWW_03_UB_0003.PAC</Model>
<Model Index="U">1_PC/22_PKWW/ARMOR/9_UPPERBODY/PKWW_00_UB_0038.PAC</Model>

<Conditional Code="IU">
<Model Index="--">1_PC/22_PkwW/Armor/38_UNDERWEAR/PKWW_00_UW_0001.PAC</Model>
<Model Index="I-">1_PC/1_PHM/Nude/PHM_ALPHA.PAC</Model>
<Model Index="-U">1_PC/1_PHM/Nude/PHM_ALPHA.PAC</Model>
<Model Index="IU">1_PC/1_PHM/Nude/PHM_ALPHA.PAC</Model>
</Conditional>

It goes back to not working... so I guess this is the issue right?

Yeah, that's why they use 12_PKW instead of 22_PKWW.
You can probably swapp them if you copy the 12_PKW folder from KR to NA and do a PAC swapping for every single 22_PKWW PAC file.

Lots of work for little result in my opinion
I wouldn't be opposed to trying if I found the files. :grin:
May as well try to modify the "perfect" character. I assume that's why a lot of us are here, anyways. Although I guess I could try actually playing the game for a change. Or settling on a class to main.

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. Once you run the patch, you can't simply delete my xmls. The game will now look for them and if it doesn't find it in the character folder, it will crash.

If you don't want to use the xml files anymore, run the mod-uninstall.bat

Play the game? What concept is that? :p

So weird... all i did was replace your templates with the same code and the damn thing runs fine. I have no idea why. Sorry to bother you so much today. I really appreciate your work and I promise when I get a job I will donate something :)

WOW!
For some reason, this is causing major memory leaks.

I'm investigating...

FOUND IT!

You are not closing the conditional code:
<Conditional Code="U">

The game is going through all your xml file trying to find the end, and it loads everything in memory.

That's horrible!

Okay, the PBW_EW_UB_0030.PAC still doesn't work.
My char has the Cavaro armor still on and nothing is changed ingame. The other armor I changed however is working.

Here are the 2 costume changes I use..

Code:

In all honesty availability of costumes would definitely be a factor lol.... would love a plum outfit that isn't so obscene i can only use it when no one is around ;) kinda like the witch dress i think you made (if it wasn't you, very sorry to the actual creator :) )
