yeah, the new loader has the loader menu built into the vanilla character menu.

Though there seems to be an issue, regarding the penismask with animitoolsV8+penisrangeV4 when using a tit oriented position. Though this may just be me...

Ex: When loading Jetstorm's titfuck position .txt, the penismask doesn't seem to work so well.

If you need me to take a screencap, then I'll do so.

well, the penis shouldn't mask when it passes through the tits, it would seem like it is disappearing.
i did notice though, that i set the position type for that to titfuck, but it seems it also does a bit of oral (or used to).
with the positiontype of 1 (what i currently have it set to), she will not suck the head of the cock, probably should be 0.
but oh well, people may decide to change it if they wish to have the position function differently.

feel free to screen cap if you wish to clarify what is weird about it.

Sby, the new Animtools broke all of my doggystyle positions... it won't let me "fuck" anymore LOL...you get the drift. Any help?

if it is not an 'oral' position, then the position type should be set.
if it is vaginal: positiontpye=2
if it is anal: positiontype=3

don't have to load them up in editmode to change them, could just add the line in a text editor. might also want to decide if you wish to use the penismask or not and choose settings accordingly.

the reason they break is because of her 'intro' flag being on. it activates some resistance stuff when you are not in expected positions. old animtools would turn this off for every position, but it really shouldn't so normal animtool positions can use the intro dialog line. so now everything but oral turns this off.

hmm, i suppose if i wanted to add a bit of backwards compatibility for older positions that are not oral, i could have the 'other' position type be the default. this makes dialogs fail more, instead of the position themselves failing. this promotes people to actually update their own positions, so i will roll with this for now.
~instead of fixing all of the normal oral positions to work with dialog, fix all the weird positions to specify what type they are and possibly make use of newer features.

AnimtoolsV8 was a great update with all the tutorials I now feel I get the gist of it! :D

A problem however: When I load certain oral positions, the game seems to get stuck in a deepthroat/hold. This means the sound (gagg/slurp) and tearing/sweating/mascara behavior is just as if she had a cock shoved all the way down her throat, even if she doesn't, infact even when her mouth is closed (I have the close mouth mod installed to - but that's not causing it). She will also randomly comment stuff like "I swallowed it all" immedieately upon switching to an oral position when this happens (even though the guy hasn't even cum).

If I start in the default position, I can switch to several oral positions such as "all fours" without problems, but some appear to trigger the bug, for instance the titty fuck one. Switching from doggy position and then back to any oral position, even default, will also trigger the bug. The bug stops when switching to doggy (as in, there's no sound loop or tearing then) but resumes as soon as an oral position is taken. Is this a known bug or am I the only one getting this? It would be great to be able to switch back to oral after doggy without a choke/tear fest. I have no idea how this would interact with actual her-lines in dialogue, perhaps they would break the loop or not play at all if the game thinks her mouth is busy.

Groovy news on the fix for her acting like her mouth is full when it's some other orifice. LOL.

I have a question about animtools. Is there a way to move the figures up and down all together. Not the arrow keys moving the camera. Change all the animation positions of the scene together. It seems there is a limit to range of some movements, like the Y axis of her head for example. I frequently find myself wanting to shift everything down (or up, sideways) because I've got too far out of the "center" of the scene.

If there's no way to do this I humbly request that for a future version. Thanks!

Just a small request for future animtools updates: would it be possible to NOT change the names on position files for each new release? If you're making dialogues, it helps if future users don't have to use the same animtools version as the creator of the dialogue to make things work. I'd also welcome some sort of naming standard on the position files - as short as possible of course, but still easy to overview at a glance. Also, "bodycontactspaceheldpush" is one hell of a line type descriptor! Good thing it's possible to copy/paste :P

i actually only change the names of the ones i updated, but yeah i could just remove the numbers on all of the positions i provide so they are noted by ATV_ . it is mostly for document purposes, but i was thinking of putting a version setting in the file instead so files can be noted through animtools saving them instead of me renaming them.

for teh lolz, here are some of the long variable names inside breastexpansion:
manualpukeaddcuminsideiftoolowtopuke, pukestartdecreasingeffectivecumtime, breastdialogreductactivatelevel, manualautoshrinkdifferentanytime

it is like the comments are built into the variable name :D

I know slingerbult is interested in this and I've tried to hide her but I never managed to get her right arm to disappear.

More on position file names: Did you know you can't actually load positions using the dialogue trigger if the file name contains spaces, parentheses or the @ symbol? It worked fine when I renamed the files, but it seems like bad practice to name position txt files like that. Just thought you'd want to know! I'd recommend alphanumerical and underscores, only.

pim: An idea for a workaround to hiding her. You manage to flash the entire screen with a hex color, can you do the same with a background file - as in, put it in the "forward most" layer so as to hide the actual models behind it? And then, when the background changes again, it goes back to normal, showing her and potentially him as well, depending on if he's hidden seperately or not. It's not elegant and it doesn't allow for him-only scenes, but it would be better than nothing or random arms hanging about.

hmm, can guess loop through children, test if movieclip, if so, then movieclip.visible = false;


also, didn't know about naming limitations for dialog, renamed my own files so next batch will be properly named.

sort of, instad of auto mode use the loader's auto keys. simulates mouse movement by recording and then playback. animtools comes with a slow paced recording.txt file. you will probably want to make your own to fit to what you want, considering there is no area to specifially share recording files (also considering ~70% of users do not know it exists)

it is the standalone flash player
(specifically is the debugger version, but you probably only need the regular one.)

can be found on adobe's site, called 'flash player projector' :
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

after you download that executable, you can associate .swf files to open using the flash projector:
right click any .swf file -> 'open with' -> choose default program
you will probably have to browse for the downloaded executable
after found, select it and click okay; some stuff will refresh and the swf should open in a window.

-should note that these association instructions are for windows vista, 7, and maybe 8

I was using a position in animtools and when she was riding, I could still see the penis behind her. Can penis mask cover this?

should be able to, need to have latest penisrange and latest animtools both loaded. (order of what is loaded first should not matter)

edit - i should note that older positions will need to be updated to use this feature, as animtools will assume positiontype of 0 if it is unspecified.
add one of these lines in the position file:
positiontype=2
positiontype=3

(2 is for vaginal, 3 is for anal)

and also:
usepenisrangebodycontactmask=1


or for reasurance, open up the position in animtools editmode, choose the proper options, then save it out
